'Bachelorette' Premiere: Chris Harrison Shares All the 'Awkward' Details!

With the latest season of the Bachelorette set to premiere in just six days, Chris Harrison is revealing exactly how awkward the first episode of the season will be. According to the host, with 25 men competing for Kaitlyn Bristowe and Britt Nilsson, there will be some cringe-worthy moments. But not where you'd expect.

Since the franchise decided to take a different form with this season of the show, the two women will each appear on the first episode and the men will vote to choose either Kaitlyn or Britt to continue to the rest of the season.

Think the ladies might get a little uncomfortable? It's actually not exactly the case.

"It ended up being more awkward for the guys," Harrison says. "They got out of the limos and there were two women they had to get to know and impress. Guys are bad at introductions anyway."

So did they succeed and strike a balance? That's debatable.

"They have very little game and it's hard enough to come up with something that isn't too cheesy and that makes a good first impression," Harrison adds.

But the ladies, on the other hand, handled it like champs. "They laughed at the same jokes, talked about how hot the guys were and judged the arrivals," he goes on to say.

Yet once the first impressions were finished and they made their way inside the mansion, the real competition started.

"You could never put this many type-A dudes with that much testosterone running through their veins in the same room competing for the same woman without guys rubbing each other the wrong way," Harrison says.  "It was the closest we've ever come to a full-on throwdown in the history of the series. It's mostly a good group... but there are always a few rotten apples."

Sound great to you yet? It's just a few more days before we see it all come to life.
