Jessa Duggar's Wedding Registry Looks Awfully Familiar

Jessa Duggar, Ben SeewaldJessa Duggar and Ben Seewald may have just gotten engaged, but these are the Duggars we're talking about, and long engagements aren't really their thing. The 19 Kids and Counting stars have set a date of November 1, 2014 -- less than two months to go!

You know what that means ... it's time to stalk their wedding registry. What does one get for young reality stars who are saving their first kiss for their wedding day, anyway? Likely the same thing you got the bride's big sister at her own wedding just month prior -- Because Jessa's wedding registry looks an awful lot like her big sister Jill Dillard's did last spring.

According to their site on, the reality star registered with and Bed Bath and Beyond for a variety of items. There are a lot of generic household items like affordable pots and pans, dishes, utensils, bedding, and some towels monogrammed with her new initial "S" for Seewald. Awww.

Also just like Jill and Derick, there are also a number of gift cards for restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Applebee's, Red Robin, Subway, Ruby Tuesday, and P.F. Changs in amounts of about $25-$50. Looks like an investment for future date nights to me!

The great thing about the Duggar girls' registries is how totally down to earth they are. These are ladies with household names, who have been on the covers of magazines, and have adoring fans all over the world. It would be so easy to let fame go to their heads and let the sense of entitlement kick in and register at a completely impractical store for completely impractical things like gold-plated toothbrush holders.

These girls are keeping it real though -- in life, and for their wedding registries.

Are you surprised that Jessa's registry is so similar to Jill's?
