Guess Who Gets the 'RHONJ' Idiot of the Week Award? (VIDEO)

My, oh my. There's lots to discuss about last night's Real Housewives of New Jersey, season 6, episode 8, as well as new news in the Joe and Teresa Giudice case, and another casting bloodbath for The Real Housewives of New York City. What does this all mean for the cast, the RHONJ camera crew, and Bravo's bottom line? In today's exclusive episode below, I go over ALL of it in detail.

Of all the new cast members on New Jersey this season, I think the men are having the hardest time this week. Jim Marchese can't wrap his head around what he feels is a betrayal by his long-time pal Bobby Ciasulli, who also happens to be the boyfriend of newbie cast member Nicole Napolitano. Jim clearly skipped a few chapters of the Reality 101 handbook. Oh wait ... there isn't one. Nope, Jim's mistake this week comes down to common sense or a lack thereof.

Next, there's a very interesting "us vs. them" dynamic going on between the producers and the cast. Clearly the only thing the producers want to talk about is Joe and Teresa's fraud case and plea deal, from which all the veteran cast members want to run screaming with their hair on fire. Newbies Amber Marchese and Nicole and Teresa Aprea are happy to discuss it, probably because they are a bit removed from the Giudice family. In today's episode I break down what likely went on behind the scenes as the editors crafted this episode. There's also some interesting camera trickery going on with parallel conversations during the Project Ladybug planning meeting hosted by Dina Manzo. Did you catch it? I'll tell you what it is below.

Finally, we can't end Monday without discussing the RHONY casting rumors. Apparently Aviva Drescher is out, and Ramona Singer is demoted to "friend-of" status. In my opinion, there are plainly obvious reasons for both. Watch now to find out!
