Shots fired! There's a new teen pregnancy reality show in town, and apparently, at least one of the stars has no use for MTV's 16 and Pregnant or Teen Mom. She even went so far as to call MTV's shows "fake."

TLC has jumped on the teen pregnancy reality show bandwagon with its upcoming Unexpected, a show that will follow the lives of three teenage girls as they attempt to navigate motherhood while still being kids themselves.

Us Weekly caught up with one of the new stars, 16-year-old Lexus, who is already a mom to baby Scarlett with boyfriend Shayden, 17. Since both Unexpected and Teen Mom have the same premise -- following a group of teen parents as they grow up and raise babies simultaneously -- the mag obviously asked Lexus how her show is different.

"Our shows a lot different ... there's not as much drama," she explained. "I think it's more real. Our problems are more realistic than [they are on] Teen Mom and shows like that. I feel like our stories are better. I do!"

Hmm, it doesn't sound all that different in some regards. Lex also said that she had trouble getting her mom Kelsey's support at first, despite that fact that Kelsey was a teen mom herself, and a grandmother at just 31 years old. The teen said of her mother, "In the beginning she wasn't supportive so it was hard. It took her a while to get supportive after that ... I mean, I'm glad that she's experienced it too."

One thing she said that's really different about their shows is how "normal" she is. She said that she is still in school, and that Shayden works a full-time job. She shared, "On weekends, he gets to come over after work and stay the night on Friday and Saturday. We have a pretty boring life, we just sit at home and don't really do much. But we expected it. We knew we'd have to stay home with Scarlett and not be able to do what we wanted to do. I guess we have a normal relationship for teenage parents."

Considering that we saw most of the stars of Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 sit at home while their friends went and partied, we'd say it sounds awfully similar. At least it looks like her boyfriend isn't another Adam Lind or Ryan Edwards, so that's a plus.

Is Unexpected really going to be that different from Teen Mom? We guess we'll just have to wait and see.
