‘Teen Mom’ Catelynn Lowell’s Weight Loss Secrets Are Something We Can All Try (PHOTO)

Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have always been the show's diamonds in the rough -- from their maturity to their adoption advocacy to their general with-it-ness, these two are five heads above the rest. The couple has even approached Catelynn's weight loss as a team, and her new body is a great example of what one can accomplish when they put their mind to it.

Catelynn recently tweeted some hints on how she's slimming down, and if you're looking to shed a few pounds, Catelynn's lifestyle could be enlightening.


She's shared in the past that she's on Weight Watchers, which seems to work for reality stars, A-listers, and regular people alike, so we know she's following a plan that's (been mostly) proven to work.

Supplementing that, Catelynn tweeted recently about enjoying shrimp with mashed potatoes, going on walks, hitting the gym, indulging in pizza, and following her dreams -- in fact, many of the things she shares online are about her passions, like her pro-life/pro-adoption stance.

The secret to her slim-down might be the normal stuff like smaller portions and exercising, but pursuing and staying active with issues she cares about must also play a part. An active mind, and generally giving a shit, is a key component to a healthy body.

Catelynn's got that going for her plus an awesome support system. Along with the above photo, Tyler tweeted, "My Angel, My Beauty to my Beast, My RedHot to my Hash Browns, My Catwoman to my Batman, My Cream to My Coffee!”

With her hobbies and encouragement like that, who needs a diet plan?
