'Bachelorette' Ali Fedotowsky's Essential Beauty Tools Should Be Everyone's

Ali FedotowskyWhen it comes to all things Bachelorette, I have a bit of a confession. Every time I watch the show, I just can't help but feel uber jealous. Not just because they have a whole slew of men pining for their attention. Mostly because every single leading lady seems to look flawless in every goddamn shot. Swimming in the ocean? Ashley Hebert looked dazzling. Just waking up in the morning? Not a problem for Jillian Harris. Of course, the same held true for former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky.

Ready for this shocker? Fedotowsky recently told People that it wasn't until her stint on The Bachelorette that she actually used makeup. Now there are a few things she can't go without, especially her blemish stick.

"If you don't have clear skin, then no matter what makeup you put on your face, it won't look the way you want it to. Having a blemish stick to carry with me on the go is a must."

Ali has a point. Every woman has their must-have beauty essentials in their arsenal, am I right?

Ali's beauty must-have, the blemish stick, is something that every woman should totally own. She's right, it's the WORST when a little blemish makes you feel super self-conscious. Ali also told People that her other beauty must-haves include Too Faced bronzer and Vasseur skincare lotion. Great choices, girl!

Like Ali (and every other woman) I too have a few beauty products I just can't go without. My top picks? Maybelline Great Lash mascara, Milani face powder, and Clinique blush in Sunset Glow. When you find something that works, you stick with it. What's that saying? Why fix something that's not broken? Yeah, you get where I'm going with that.

Don't get me wrong, I definitely like to try new things every once in a while. When the seasons change, it's always fun to experiment with different eye shadows and lip colors. AND -- thanks to those fancy-schmancy commercials, I too get sucked into the hype of new celebrity endorsed products every now and then. Still, it's always good to have something solid to fall back on, though, and that's where my faves come in.

What are your must-have beauty basics?
