'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Reunion Part 2 Recap: Marlo Brings a 'Hole' Lot of Drama

NeNe Leakes and Marlo HamptonI’m still kind of reeling from the fact that this totally boring of season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is worthy of a three-part reunion series, but tonight brought us part two. While last week started off with a surprising bang, tonight I was worried we would be in for a lot of boring filler. Instead the ladies brought it once again.

It didn’t look promising at first what with the men joining the ladies on the couches, which I always hate because, as we saw tonight, it's boring. Then, of course, we had to move on to Black Baby Gate -- the only defining moment of the season (Ridickulous aside, of course) -- which started to heat things up.

More from The Stir: NeNe Leakes Spinoff Would Be a Disaster and Not in a Good Way

There’s still much animosity between Kim Zolciak and Kandi Burruss, and Kim still apparently hasn’t paid Kandi for her share of Don't Be Tardy for the Party. Sheree Whitfield at least apologized for “misinterpreting” Kandi’s words, but not for being the snake that she is and for trying to stir up drama when she called Kim to tattle-tell from Africa. As Phaedra and Cynthia Bailey astutely pointed out – if Sheree was so offended by the conversation about the girls not being able to see Kim in Africa (which c’mon, no one can, and it has nothing to do with babies of any kind), she should have said something then. But oh how Sheree tried like always to be the saint. Thank goodness she's been booted for the show.

Then out came Marlo Hampton, and things got really good.

I wouldn't go so far as to say I'm a fan of hers, but wow, do I find her fascinating. With her syrupy sweet voice and posh presence, she really takes people by surprise with her crass, biting tongue. Tonight she had Kim in her sights.

When Andy Cohen asked her how she felt about Kim's comment that she "used her hole to make money," I at first thought she was laughing it off, but then ... WHAM.

Kim when you said that it really did bother me I feel like you and I are cut from the same cloth. You know, what I take that  back ... you're a whore

It hit Kim by surprising, but she quickly recovered and a heated debate about everything from Kim's ring to her furniture and house ensued. Marlo's main message, however, was this: "The next time you talk about my hole, measure yours."

Now that's the Hotlanta we know and love. While Marlo did have a point in there somewhere, Kim's life has moved so far beyond this kind of drama to a better place that it was kind of sad to see her dragged back into it. But that's what reunion shows are for. Part three is Sunday, and I can't wait to see how they wrap this thing up.

Whose side are you on -- Kim Zolciak's or Marlo Hampton's?
