'DWTS' Results Recap: Seal Needs a Shoulder to Cry On (VIDEO)

seal dwtsGood grief. Has Dancing With the Stars been an emotional roller coaster this week or what? There was more crying on last night's show than you'd expect to see from teenage girls at a Justin Bieber concert. And while some of those tears that were shed yesterday were more justified and explainable than others -- tonight's results show started off on just as emotional a note.

OMG. Seal singing "Lean On Me" -- was he serious? Because I couldn't help but want to lend him a shoulder to cry on after seeing his performance. It's almost like he was flat out admitting that the whole Heidi Klum split has had a much bigger effect on him than he has let on. Dude seems pretty broken up -- and now he's singin' about it. And he needs some consoling. (Any takers?)

And just when we started feeling a great amount of sorrow for Seal and Heidi's demise, we heard the story of the professional ballroom dancer who is battling stage four lung cancer. Saddest. Story. Ever. Heidi and Seal's divorce can't touch the devastation this woman and her husband are going through right now. Cue the sobbing.

Wait a second -- I feel for this couple, I really do (I totally got teary-eyed), but isn't DWTS supposed to be a happy and uplifting show? Because I can't help but feel a little bit down after watching this evening.

And the somber note of the night didn't end there, because somebody had to get sent home.

Ok, let's get down to business and talk about tonight's elimination. Um -- thank GAWD Jack Wagner and his partner Anna Trebunskaya were sent packing instead of Gavin DeGraw & Karina Smirnoff. I don't know about you, but I'm not ready to let Gavin go just yet. I'm thinking he's got a little bit of super fancy footwork that has yet to make its debut. And Jack Wagner seems like a nice guy, but he's -- well, Jack Wagner. Leaving DWTS after week three may be a bit of a disappointment to him, but he'll get over it.

Take another look at Seal's sob-worthy performance in the video clip below -- because it really set the tone for the whole night.

Do you think Jack and Anna deserved to go home this week?
