'Real Housewives' Dirt Roundup: Another Quitter, a Bathrobe Thief & More

Taylor ArmstrongGod bless the Real Housewives. They provide so much dirt and drama, there is a constant stream of fascinating and jaw-dropping news flowing from them and their antics. They continue to amaze with their ability to perpetually top their own craziness and let us witness it all.

This week they have blessed us with so much fascinating fodder, it's hard to know where to begin. So let's just jump in. Here are five of the craziest Real Housewives happenings we've learned about this week:

Another One Bites the Dust

Housewives are dropping like flies, and the latest to flee is from The Real Housewives of Orange CountyPeggy Tanous announced this week that she's bidding adieu to her crew. In a statement she said:

After months of negotiation and soul searching, I have declined [Bravo's] offer to return to the show. I just felt in my heart that ... the time it would take me away from my family was just not a healthy path for me.

Meh, no real loss there; she didn't add all that much to the show anyway. Cya.

Bathrobe Thief

I find it difficult to write anything about Tareq and Michaele Salahi, because it's just what the publicity whores want. But this is too good not to share ... Tareq is selling off Michaele's stuff since she ditched him for the guy from rock band Journey. Included in said stuff are 50 bathrobes that she's supposedly stolen from hotels around the world. He says when they'd check in, she'd call housekeeping to say there was no robe in the room, so they'd bring one up, and she'd pocket the other. I knew she was crazy, but seriously?

Bravo Romance

Rumor has it that Taylor Armstrong, 40, is reportedly dating another Bravo reality show start -- Matt Nordgren, 28, of Most Eligible Dallas. They've shot down the rumors saying they were just hanging out while he welcomed her to the city, but I'm hearing cougar calls.

Real Housewives Radio

For you serious fans out there, SiriusXM Radio is launching Real Housewives Radio. For 48 hours straight, beginning Saturday at midnight, they will broadcast the audio of every single episode of The Real Housewives of every city. There will also be interviews with some of the cast members. I can't imagine just listening without watching all that drama, but it could be interesting. Will you tune in?

Mega Pay Raises

Well no wonder they're willing to stick around and run their names through the mud -- Bravo will bump you up if you do. Word has it that Ramona Singer and LuAnn de Lesseps got a huge pay raise, and next season they're each going to make a whopping $500K -- up from $250K last season. They better earn it is all I have to say about that.
