'Bachelorette' Ali Fedotowski Won't Be Upstaged by Ashley Hebert

In the race to the best season of The Bachelorette, both Ali Fedotowski and Ashley Hebert would probably be in the running, but Ali is making sure that the bachelorette whose season just finished amidst mucho drama won't be upstaging her.

The former reality star mysteriously postponed her wedding, first it seemed it was for knee problems. She has recently had surgery. Then it seemed like it was because she put on some weight and wanted to take it off. But now it seems, although ABC offered her a date in December, Ali does not want to get married while Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum are still in the honeymoon phase.

After all, odds are, if Ali waits a few months, she will still be the only Bachelorette with a ring and a real fiance. Consider the track record.

A source told Us Weekly:

(Ali) doesn't want her overshadowed by Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum. She really wants her wedding next summer.

In fact, it is more. Trista and Ryan Sutter have managed to parlay their Bachelorette-launched romance into a career. He may be a fire fighter, but both he and she are most famous for their pink-filled nuptials back in 2003.

They have two babies now and get trotted out any time someone wants to make the claim that Bachelor romances do not succeed. Look! They do! Trista and Ryan!

It seems maybe Ali would like to be "Ali and Roberto." After all, they are younger than Trista and Ryan. Naturally, she sees Ashley as competition. But if the past is any indication, Ali won't be upstaged for long.

The track record speaks for itself.

Do you think Ali is afraid of being upstaged?
