'Nip/Tuck's Dylan Walsh Rides Divorce Wave: Who Will Crash Next?

The whole notion that bad things come in threes is about to get thrown out the window. Why? Because here's the fourth celebrity divorce couple of the week: Nip/Tuck star Dylan Walsh and wife of six years, actress Joanna Going.

I may not be an avid watcher of Nip/Tuck, but it doesn't take much for me to see how incredibly attractive the TV series star is at 47 years old.

According to TMZ, Walsh filed on December 10, citing irreconcilable differences. This isn't his first bout in the divorce ring -- Walsh was previously married and had two children with Mellora Walters.

Walsh is asking for joint legal and physical custody of his daughter, Stella Haven. And don't worry -- he will be paying Going spousal support, according to divorce documents.

This isn't the first time we've seen a male celeb make a huge effort to keep connected with his kiddos.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline: Who can forget the intensity over drug and alcohol accusations in this custody battle? Federline came out on top, and Britney left with a court order requiring parental counseling and random drug testing.

David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach: Hasselhoff, whose recent reality TV series co-starring his daughters Taylor-Ann and Hayley was cancelled after just two episodes, surprised the masses when he was awarded custody of his two girls in 2007.

Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe: Oh Prince Michael and Paris, what lucky kids. It's all fun and games until your dad is accused of child molestation. The charges were acquitted in 2005, and Jackson earned legal and physical custody of his two kids in exchange for a $750,000 price tag of alimony payments to the ex.

Jesse James and Sandra Bullock: Whose heart didn't break after hearing about the Jesse James scandal last year? James was awarded physical custody of their 8-year-old daughter last July after a two-month custody hearing.

Are you surprised to hear that Dylan Walsh and Joanna Going are getting divorced?
