As if we couldn't watch enough home renovations -- or Hallmark movies with the perfect abodes -- a new show is putting the perfect twist on Demo Day ... especially for those of us who love the grittier details of a home's history. A new show called Murder House Flip is officially coming, and fans of both Fixer Upper and true crime are going to love this.

  • 'Murder House Flip' is set to debut on new the streaming service, Quibi, in 2020.

According to House Beautiful, the series will be about renovating houses "known for the mysterious murders and incredible intrigue committed behind their walls" to give the houses -- and their owners -- a clean slate, despite their deadly pasts.

"Homeowners turn to the colorful cast of forensic specialists, spiritual healers and high-end renovation experts to uncover the true crimes, shocking secrets and scandalous history of their homes," a press release for the show states, House Beautiful reports. "Then, cleansing renovations remove the stains of the past and take these homes from morbid to marvelous."

Yup, this definitely sounds like something we're interested in. And the fact that there are spiritual healers there makes us think we're going to hear some ghost stories, too.

    Bring it on!

  • Because 'Murder House Flip' will be on Quibi, the episodes will be short and easy to digest.

The platform will also be home to the How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days reboot series. Sounds like it might be worth subscribing!

  • No premiere date has been announced for 'Murder House Flip' as of yet, but it looks like Quibi will debut in April 2020.
