Heidi Klum is used to wearing a lot of makeup. She’s a supermodel, so of course she is. But her kids? Well, they are incredibly beautiful little creatures so they don’t need any of it to bring out their gorgeous features. Wait a minute. Kids? Makeup? Oh heck no! Leni, 8, and Lou, who is only 2 years old, were spotted with mama Klum going to the Children’s Museum of the Arts in NYC wearing the same perfect red lipstick on their adorable little pouts. Would love to know what the brand and color are because it’s kind of the perfect red. Some may be freaking out over this. What would possess Heidi to allow her little sweeties to wear a potentially toxic Lolita look on their lips?!?

I say it's no big deal! So what if your kids want to be like mommy and wear a little lipstick, maybe a little shadow. But I still have two very specific concerns about it.

Aww, didn't you feel for Maci Bookout when she dropped off Bentley for visit as his new preschool? I wasn't at all surprised to see the little 3-year-old burst into tears the moment she left. And I could totally relate when Maci said, "Oh no, this is a terrible idea!" I remember having that feeling when I dropped my son off at preschool for the first time.

I was used to feeling like something was wrong every time I heard my son cry -- even when what I was doing was absolutely the right thing to do. It just triggers that "FIX IT NOW MOMMY" alarm in me. It's so hard to ignore that! But not only is leaving Bently at preschool good for the little guy, it's also good for Maci.

Years before I had my own kids, I spent plenty of time taking care of other people's kids, so I know how tough the nanny gig can be. Especially, I would imagine, if you're in charge of the Kardashian klan -- with Mama Kris Jenner in charge of YOU. According to Pam Behan, author of Malibu Nanny: The True Adventures of the Former Kardashian Nanny, Kris was harder to handle than Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Robert combined.

Behan paints Jenner out to be a fame-obsessed tyrant whose main concerns were grooming her kids for the spotlight and, apparently, keeping the refrigerator stocked with broccolli. (And god help the nanny who forgot to put the green veggie on the shopping list!)

Like I said, I can only imagine the unique challenges associated with the position of Official Kardashian Nanny -- I'm sure Kris was, um, a demanding boss. But the truth is, the nanny/mom dynamic is often tricky and tension-filled, even for non-celebs.

Even when Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, better known as Modern Family's precocious tot Lily, drops the f-bomb on the show, it's unbelievably adorable.

So imagine the cuteness overload you are going to get from watching the little darling belt out Adele's "Someone Like You." In the video below, the 5-year-old is strapped into the car seat singing along to the hit.

I swear, your cheeks will hurt from smiling. Her mom Amy Anderson, who recently posted the clip to YouTube, wrote, "Aubrey is crazy into Adele right now, which I love. [This is] one of her favorites."

But this is far from her only performance. There's also footage of her singing "Rolling in the Deep" and Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know."

If Suri's burn book taught us anything, it's that there's no excuse for looking like a slob even if you've yet to grasp the fine art of fork holding. Toddlers in Hollywood have taken heed and some of them have knocked it out of the park with their suave senses of style. It's not the most flattering, I'm such a nice person thing to admit, but I've never had that much sympathy for Bristol Palin. And not just because of her mom -- I've never had any much sympathy for Sarah Palin either, but guilt-by-association thinking is obviously unfair. No, my opinion of Bristol has been based solely on her words and actions, like when she slammed Obama for endorsing same-sex marriage or went around as a crusader for teen abstinence.

And that's still what my opinion is based on, except now I've seen a side of Bristol that makes it really hard not to feel for the girl at least a teeny tiny bit. Especially as a fellow single mom.

Everyone break out the streamers, glitter, and get your party hats ready: It's Honor Warren's 4th birthday! HOLY COW how time flies, right? It feels like just yesterday we were ogling about how cute and totally stylish her baby accessories were.

Heck, she's just as stylish today! I mean come on -- everyone's always talking about how trendy that Suri Cruise is, but I say Honor has this whole adorable toddler thing DOWN. With a fashionista momma like Jessica Alba to look up to, how could she not?!

You too can raise a Lindsay LohanWhen I'm faced with a particularly vexing parenting problem, I tend to turn to trusted sources. Google, followed by people I know who have exceptional children. Or simply nice children. As a last resort, I find someone whom I'm pretty sure is going to agree with whatever parenting decision I've just made, and ask for confirmation on my (already cemented) plan.

One thing I do NOT do is call up the most messed up celebrities and pay them to give me parenting advice. But some people, apparently, do. And you can too!
