Charlie Sheen's children were reportedly removed from the home of their mother, Brooke Mueller, last night. TMZ reports that children's services removed 4-year-old twins Bob and Max from Mueller's home because it was deemed "unsafe" and the toddlers were placed with Charlie, their father. Haha. No, of course they weren't. That would make too much sense! I mean, unless you know Charlie Sheen. No, no, the kids were placed with none other than Charlie's ex-wife, Denise Richards, mother of his two daughters. I hope somebody is filming all of this for a reality show; otherwise, this shit is just too bizarre for words.

Another Teen Mom 2 star's parenting is being criticized, but how's this for a twist? Corey Simms, ex-husband of Leah Messer Calvert, may not have been doing anything wrong. At least, he thinks it was A-OK to tweet a photo of his 3-year-old daughter without a shirt.

The photo of Simms' and Calvert's twins, Aliannah and Aleeah, went up on Twitter over the weekend. It features both of the toddlers tearing into their Easter baskets. Only Ali is wearing PJS. Aleeah is half naked. Take a look:

Everybody say, “Awww!” In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Shaun Robinson caught up with powerhouse singer Alicia Keys about her Set the World on Fire tour and, maybe more importantly, her son’s love life.

Keys’ 2-year-old son with husband Swizz Beatz seems to have a little crush on Blue Ivy, the toddler daughter of fellow music sensations Beyonce and Jay-Z. When asked if “little Egypt” had a crush on her, Keys laughed and said, “Someone has a crush on someone. That’s for sure.”

Once upon a time, Kyle King was the mensch-y boyfriend Teen Mom fans couldn't imagine Maci Bookout living without. Looks like those days are long gone. The reality star recently caught her ex-boyfriend posting photos of her 4-year-old son Bentley on Twitter.

No surprise he has some pictures -- King is the guy who once babysat her son while she went to her college classes, who helped potty train the toddler. He was a very involved father figure when he was dating Maci, even though Bentley has a real dad (Maci's ex Ryan Edwards). But he wasn't acting like much of a father figure when Maci called him out on the photos.

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham is a whiz in the kitchen and even went to culinary school to become a chef. She can create all kinds of food magic, but it sounds like one of her favorite things is to trick her 3-year-old daughter Sophia into eating her veggies.

She blends Brussels sprouts into fruit dips and greens into meatballs and she says it's a "parent's job" to make their kids more adventurous eaters. More power to her that she is trying to get her daughter to be healthy, but let's not pretend that she is advancing her taste buds. That's just not realistic.

As the mother of two very picky children, I feel the pain of moms everywhere who want to get our kids to eat their green vegetables. I have mixed kale into smoothies to cover the taste and done some sneaky things with applesauce in baked goods and veggie pastas, all in the interest of increasing my kid's vitamin intake. But I don't pretend for a moment that it is to help them become less picky.

Most of us look at a 3-year-old and we see absolute perfection. Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham, on the other hand, takes a look at daughter Sophia and sees a bunch of fuzzy caterpillars growing across the toddler's face. So what's a mom to do? Wax that unibrow, of course!

Yes. It happened. Farrah waxed her daughter's eyebrows. Her 3-year-old daughter's eyebrows.

Ben Affleck was recently photographed with his cutie patootie daughter, Seraphina, and it's not her outfit nor her dimples that are drawing attention. It's her reading material! Ben was carrying Seraphina out of a breakfast joint in L.A. and in his hands he held a book. But not a SpongeBob or Dora or even Dr. Seuss book. Nope, it was a Dickens book! Yeeesssss, you know, Dickens, right? I hope. Charles Dickens, my friends. Okay, it was a children's illustrated version of a bunch of Dickens classics. But, get this, the book is recommended reading material for children ages 9 to 12. And Seraphina is 3! Woah. Could Seraphina be a genius?

Can you think of anything more depressing than taking a 3-year-old to prison to visit her mom? That's what Teen Mom star Gary Shirley has on his agenda. Leah, the toddler daughter of Teen Mom Amber Portwood, will finally get to see her mother after months of being told she was "driving a Twinkie truck" (among other lies). It's about darn time!

I know, I said it was depressing. But that doesn't mean Gary and Amber should continue to lie to their toddler for the five years Amber is expected to remain a guest of the Indiana Department of Corrections. As uncomfortable as we all are with the idea of kids inside prisons, it's almost guaranteed to be better for the child in the long run.

Any mom who knows what it's like to chase after an endlessly energetic toddler can relate to the scare Kendra Wilkinson had last week: After a long day of running around the house like a wild man, her 2-year-old son, Hank Baskett Jr., passed out. Yikes! Don't worry, the little guy is okay -- in fact, he was already coming around by the time police and firefighters (called by Kendra) showed up at her L.A. home. Of course they took Hank Jr. to the hospital just to be safe, and that's where doctors told Wilkinson that Hank "suffered loss of consciousness due to overheating," which is apparently "pretty common in children, especially in hot weather."

Of course it's common! Toddlers just don't stop. Ever. My grandmother used to call little kids "perpetual motion," and that basically sums it up -- the average 2-year-old boy will keep on going and going and going until he falls asleep face-first in his dinner or, like Hank Jr., just passes out.

Anyone who says Scott Disick isn't a dedicated dad needs to think again. This week he told Us Weekly, "My son is my world and my daughter is my new world. So, it all combines. It's pretty unbelievable starting another chapter in your life. It's a lot better than not having children." We think it's pretty unbelievable that Scott Disick's a father, too. But that aside -- wow, who knew he felt so strongly about fatherhood?

I'm glad he's so committed despite all those good ol' boys' trips to Las Vegas. I mean, we were kind of getting the opposite impression. And frankly I'm surprised to hear he really thinks fatherhood is better than not having children. I can think of plenty of men (and women!) who would strongly disagree with him there.
