Suri Cruise: Lifestyles of Tots in the City

toddler high heels Oh, that 3-year-old Suri Cruise sure is cute, but she's already more fashionable than I can ever probably hope to be.

Now she's not just wearing heels, but she's hustling around NYC in heels and a hot pink mini carrying her own Starbucks. In these photos, she's even showing up her gorgeous mom Katie Holmes.

Is she auditioning for Tots and the City or something (sorry, dumb joke...I know...).

Don't get me wrong. I don't have any real problem with any one of these things — although wearing heels around NYC is OUCH. It's really the whole combination of things.

I'm just thinking that I had to wait at least 30 years of my life to toodle around Manhattan in heels and a dress with a Starbucks in hand. So maybe I'm just jealous.

What do you think about Ms. Cruise and her fashion-forward toddler getups and lifestyle? Is she growing up too fast or is this simply what we can expect to see in the lifestyles of the rich and famous?

i think that shes being cute, but on the other hand, COME ON!!! shes 3!!!!!

My concern is also, it's chilly here in NYC and based on the other people in the pictures, this was taken recently but little Suri only has a flimsy dress on. Put a coat on that child!

Her parents are in jeans and flannels...and boots. Isn't suri cold? That's my only worry. I think she cute. But it's not summer anymore.

I live in NYC and there were some warm days a week or so ago -- 70s and sunny. It seems Tom has Suri's sweater and Katie has a blanket.

Now as far as the shoes go...I think it's cute maybe she likes her heels like her mom wears. I bet they only walked like ten feet to a waiting car. Now if she wanted higher heels and makeup, that might not fly with me.

She is so freaking cute. She looks just like Katie. And she reminds me of my youngest daughter who would be begging for that dress and shoes. She's 3 1/2, too (actually she's like a week and a half older then Suri). I probably would have made her wear jeans and sneakers, though (so I wouldn't have to later listen to the whining about her being cold and her feet hurting).

I don't think there's anything wrong with the way she looks. You should see how my 3yo dresses, lol.

not even the mom is wearing heels!!! she looks cute but i'm not getting my daugther on that at all. way to target kids to look more grown up

i think with big celebrities like Tom Cruise their kids have a certain way to uphold themselves no matter what age and they are growing up faster than they should... take for example Violet Affleck and Suri and you see Violet is a jeans, t shirt wearing, blanket toting toddler where Suri is dressed more mature. Its almost sad

Look at everyone around them - coats, sweatshirt... it's NOT a warm day. That outfit is inappropriate for weather under the 70's. Even if she put on the coat Tom's holding, she should still have leggings or something.

Also it's obvious the shoes are too big. I'm worried she's going to mess up her foot and arch development putting her in ill-fitting shoes.
