Remember the story about the toddler named Adolf Hitler Campbell who was refused a birthday cake?
The family is in the news again because the child with the unfortunate name and his sisters with equally questionable monikers, JoyceLynn Aryan Nation, 1, and 8-month-old Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie, were removed from their home by New Jersey's Division of Youth and Family Services.
The official reason is unclear, so you can make your own assumptions. Are you surprised by this news? The kids' parents, Heath and Deborah Campbell, decorated their home with swastikas and Heath apparently denies the Holocaust.
The Campbells were to attend a hearing regarding their children on Tuesday, but it was apparently postponed.
Eesh.

OK. So they were strange. But were they loving, if somewhat odd, parents? Did they feed, bathe, house and love their kids? What is the reasoning? Because NJ DYFS doesn't agree with the way they are being raised? As long as they are being raised to be responsible upstanding citizens, and not killers or something, how is that anyone elses business?
Wow, next thing we know Wiccans and Pagans will have their children removed from them as well as anyone who thinks Elvis is still alive. I hope there were some better reasons for removing these children from their parents other than the parents just being idiots about racism!
i agree with PP. Since when is it the gov't's business how we raise our kids as long as they are fed and healthy and not abused? Unless there is abuse happening, this is just another case where some self rightous govt official thinks his way is the only right way.
Oh wow, what a surprise. (note sarcasm) The parents are obviously a little tapped in the head and a little unstable. Anyone who says they did nothing wrong are as crazy as they are. Promoting racism and nazi crap isn't normal, and NO child so be raised that way. That isn't a stable or nuturing enviroment.
And the funniest part, they put themselves in the news to gain sympathy, in reality they made themselves look like jackasses!
It is not anyone else business on how children are raised as long as their needs are being met. I do not know why they were taken but something was amiss. The state can not take children just because they have weird names. The states welfare or protection personel are just to nosey, if you ask me. I hope for the children's mental health that they are returned as soon as possible, as children need to be with there parents not strangers who will not care about them only the money they get. I see this all the time in our state, we even had 2 little girls removed because there younger sibling died of SID's both girls when there mother/father saw them, after 1 week away had bruises on there faces and they told there parents they were hit by the foster father. Not all foster parents are that way but a lot seem to be in it for the money only and that is not good for the children involved. Babies dying while in foster care because they placed them on there stomach or left them to sleep on a water bed. Parents and Foster parents alike need to treat children with respect and love and keep them as safe as possible. If all parents met their children's basic needs then there would be no need for foster parents and crime among children would go way down.
Don't jump to conclusions mamas. It doesn't say the children were taken because of their names or because of the choice of decorations in the home. The reason is "unclear", according to the article, so before you assume people with certain beliefs are going to lose their kids because DCFS decides they want to, consider the fact that there is probably a separate reason the children were taken from the home.
I agree, have you seen the parents? a little batty looking if you ask me. I bet that the childrens names have nothing to do with the reason why they were taken away, and so what if it was. Would you even consider befriending a mother who CHOSE to name her son Saddam Hussein, or Adolf hilter? How about Charles Manson, after the killer? and yes, after she said "I named him after the killer". I know I would steer clear of her, something is obviously off in her head.
I perfectly agree with Redhead and applaud you for saying it so perfectly. Children need to be with their parents as long as the parents are taking care of them. I was spanked as a child and told that I shouldn't marry a man of color but that doesn't mean that my parents should have lost custody. I don't agree with the things that these parents believe in but as long as they are taking care of their kids (which we do not know) they should have their kids at home with them.
There will always be a need for foster parents. Sometimes parents die, sometimes they are hospitalized and sometimes they go to prison and if there is no other family then the state takes responsibility for the children. That is what foster care is for. I have no idea if this particular removal was justified but I suspect that these parents need a reality check. I agree with AriMicSun. The state would be derilic to not investigate the parents' antisocial behavior. You don't know what is going on in that household. Teaching children to hate is only one step away from teaching them to kill.
They are racist people who should just change their own name to LOSERS!
