Mom Gets Arrested for Swearing at Her Kids in the Grocery Store

A South Carolina mom was arrested for allegedly swearing at her kids in the bread aisle of a grocery store recently. According to the incident report, Danielle Wolf had it with her kids squeezing the bread at her local Kroger ... and she lost it.

A witness reports watching in horror as Wolf swore up a storm at her kids, and when the woman spoke up, she claims Wolf told her off too ... and that's when police stepped in. It was the repeated use of the F-word that got Wolf in big trouble.

According to local law, disorderly conduct generally means to "utter, while in a state of anger, in the presence of another, any bawdy, lewd, or obscene words or epithets" ... and Wolf allegedly fit that description to a T.

All right, let's cut through the BS. Are there any moms out there who can't relate to Danielle Wolfe? Kids have a knack for grating on every nerve. They come out of the womb as card-carrying experts, don't they? Button-pusher extraordinaires. Gray-hair-inducing enthusiasts. With every squeeze of bread, Wolfe saw more and more money flushed down the toilet. With every squeeze of bread, she felt her blood boil in each and every vein. Maybe she was going on a couple hours' sleep? Or she didn't feel well? Or she simply had a moment where she lost all self-control. It happens to the best of us.

More from The Stir: Top 25 Ways Kids Drive Their Mothers Nuts

While many moms would never swear in front of or at their kids, surely we can all relate to that feeling of being on the brink of sanity. It comes with the motherhood turf. Wolfe should be reprimanded ... er, maybe just talked off the ledge (at the end of the day, bread squeezing is not the end of the world; just exhale, Danielle) ... but not arrested. Wolfe is due in court on September 12. Now that's really f-ing crazy.

Have you ever lost it in front of your kids? What happened?

The fact that her kids were there had nothing to do with it. Another misleading title from the stir like always. It's a crime no matter who is present.

I detest when parents curse at their kids and it sounds like this mom needed to get control over her kids probably long before this incident. However, getting ARRESTED over it is ridiculous. Asked to leave the store OK but last time I checked we live in a free country where getting arrested for something like this shouldn't happen.

If you treat your kids like this in public, I promise you it is much worse at home. Grow up and treat your babies like the gift and blessing they are. How can a child learn to behave with this type of parent? If she can't cope with her children them maybe she should not have become a parent. Lead by example!

myop, it's not a crime.  there is nothing illegal abut cursing.  Freedom of speech ring a bell?

I swear, i swear a fucking LOT, and in front of my kid.  And you bet i would have told my kid to stop sqeezing the fucking bread.  Damn people are sensitive about it.  I'll talk how i wish and all the bitching from others in the world isn't going to change that.

I hope she fights this tooth and fucking nail. It's ridikkulus.

I swear a lot not at my kids but while I talk and I thought we had freedom of speech guess not another way to brake are amendments is by calling it disorderly conduct really ....screw that and whoever arrested her is a fool and the people butting in at the store Fuck off you probably don't have kids and if u do your kids must be perfect or you just don't give a doodle lol

I'm not going to say I've never yelled at my kid. She tests my patience like any normal kid. I always feel terrible afterwards, of course, and always apologize and explain how even Mom makes mistakes and what I should have done instead. But regardless, I have never sworn at or in front of either of my kids (my son is just a baby so I've never yelled at him yet lol).

If they were her children, she should have better control ! It's called discipline . HELLO

I dont know about a crime..but no one needs to talk like that..especially in front of or to their kids. That disgusts me. Its not something to be proud of. It sounds terrible and trashy and teaches your kids thats how they should act. Its why little kids run around cursing. How can u tell them its wrong when you do it?

I work in a retail store and see this kind of behavior often. It's really quite sad that people act like this. It shows a lack of respect to other people, yourself and your children. Lead by example, your children see this behavior and are treated like this they follow suit its no wonder they weren't listening.
