Looks like Bristol Palin will have a new reason to hate her ex. There are reports that Levi Johnston wants to sue the reality TV star for full custody of their son Tripp.
Fans of Palin's show Life's a Tripp are well aware of her feelings about Levi. She paints him as a deadbeat dad who could care less about a relationship with his child. Well, he sure seems interested now. After seeing his son curse and misbehave on her Lifetime series, Levi wants to raise his son, according to TMZ.
During an episode, the 3-year-old yells the f-word at his aunt Willow and mom. The women are shocked but do little more than giggle about it. Later Bristol admits, "I'm doing a terrible job disciplining Tripp." No kidding.
Now Levi thinks he can do a better job. He said that he was "disgusted" by his son's tantrum and that the tot was on a "downward spiral" and getting "no real parenting."
Not sure if I am buying his sudden concerned dad routine. What should upset him is the fact that Tripp spends so much more time with Bristol's boyfriend Gino, he calls him "daddy." To be honest, this whole custody battle smells like a publicity stunt to me. Perhaps this is a part of some desperate effort to get a reality TV show of his own.
Still, Levi insists, "I love my son more than anything ... and I will do whatever it takes to make sure he is raised the right way ..." He has even dropped by the Wasilla, Alaska courthouse to pick up the necessary paperwork. But he's going to have to do a lot more than that to prove he would make a better parent than Bristol. Her disciplining troubles aside, she appears to be a loving, nurturing, stable mom. That's more than anyone can say about Levi.

A little late to be so concerned about the kid now. He's done nothing but trash Bristol and her mother to anyone who would listen. Hardly good for the child.
Are you kidding me? You're seriously asking us this? How the heck would we know? We only know what they let us see. You act like we know them. None of us know this. All we have would be an opinion based on if you like her mom or her show or you like him and his antics. There's a child involved and I think we should butt out of stuff like this.
Hey, anyone reading this with kids....who HASN'T had a kid say cuss words???? even when you are not cussers, it still seems like they pick it up, make it up, rhyme it, whatever. Kids are going to push boundries, especially toddlers. It's no big deal and frankly, the giggling isn't a big deal either. I probably would have cracked up a bit at first too, then tried my best to be stern. And we almost NEVER cuss in this house with 4 kids, especially the f word, but I've heard all of the swear words from them. This is no big deal and Levi doesn't have a shot in H%11 at getting full custody.
Neither would be a good parent. You've got a total lack of discipline, posing in dirty magazines, hardly any presence in a growing child's life, setting poor examples of behavior and decency to a growing impressionable mind, etc. Something's got to change soon, otherwise Tripp is screwed.
Agree, kaerae. Goodness knows, Levi probably couldn't do much worse...
