There are confessions and then there are CONFESSIONS. You won't believe some of the stuff that the members of CafeMom are willing to spill publicly (as long as they don't have to use their real names). Mostly because they know other moms have either done some of them or at least contemplated doing them very seriously. Hey, we are only human!

We're not sure what's more unbelievable -- the confessions themselves or the way some readers reacted to them.

I Leave My Toddler Alone in the Bath

My son is just about to turn 2 and he has been playing in the bath by himself for about a month now. He likes to take long baths, and it got to the point where I had stuff to do and I got tired of fighting to get him out. So now he takes a bath in the master bathroom while I'm close by in the bedroom folding clothes and picking up his toys. I don't go far, but I don't hover over him, either.

Regarding the mother with the 3rd boy-my third son was stillborn. I went on to have a healthy daughter. I adore all of my children, but I would give anything to have had a little time with my third son.

My mom and stepdad decided to get married and not have their kids at the wedding. It really hurt me and me feel excluded as if we weren't a true family. I resented my stepdad for a while. When you have kids and are getting married be sure to include them in the celebration since there lives are also bound to change with this new person in the picture.

When my son began to sleep through the night, I never woke him up in the middle of the night to change his diaper. If a baby's diaper is changed regularly during the daytime and you apply a protective ointment like zinc oxide or butt paste at bedtime, there should not be a problem with diaper rash.

A two year-old and a 9 month-old are both too young to enjoy any kind of vacation to anywhere, even Disney. It would be a waste of money and a source of stress and frustration for the parents. The baby wouldn't have a clue where he/she is and the two year-old would be tired and fidgety after an hour. Both of the children will enjoy being with their grandparents way more than going to Disney.

theres alot of stupid lazy asshole parents arent there? man only in anonymity do people really tell the truth. NEVER LEAVE A CHILD ALONE! ESPECIALLY IN A BATHTUB RETARDS!! alot of people need cps called on them.

Im sure the parents of Madeline McCann thought the same thing (i.e it was fine to leave their kids alone for half an hour) yet look what happened there! Its so stupidly naive not to mention irresponsible to leave ANY child unattended for that length of time, let alone 5 month old babies....

Now I have seen a case of diaper rash that cps was called on but this mother litterally never changed he, she was said to have worn the same diaper for 24 to 28 hours and the babys skin was litterallt blood raw and was pealing off into the diaper. So the diaper had been soaked in blood and piss and poop. It was bad. But I am guilty of making my newly potty trained daughter wear her wet panties if it was not simply an accident but an obvious I'm too busy to pee in the pot momment, let's just say she hates it and it has helped her learn quick.

I have slept naked with my young baby, I know your not suppose to sleep with babys but I was breast feeding and exauhsted, id lay on my side and feed. The baby and have fallen asleep doing it, my kids are now 2 and 3 and perfectly fine and I haven't had any injurys that required an er visit... yet lol
