/sigh Not everyone is going to share your since of humor. I'd say let the kid wear it in like-minded company, but maybe not in a public arena. I swear though, it seems like there's always going to be someone with an issue about something.

You know... biblically (to all the self-righteous) nudity was the intended norm. It wasn't until sin entered the scene that nudity became obscene. Just the same as breastfeeding... feeding your infant was what breast are for! /stomps on close-minded ideals

RE: leaving 5 month olds that are 'fine' because they are asleep and live in a safe neighbourhood:

House fires don't discriminate. They don't care if you live in a safe neighbourhood or not.5 minutes may not seem like a long time, but with a housefire it can go from nothing to a nightmare in 5 minutes. Leaving your child alone so you can drive for five minutes you have to consider is it worth coming home to see your house burning with your babies inside? because it could easily happen.

Leaving your child alone in the house--- Crazy... Bathtub my kids I can hear singing thru the house, and we dont have a tub thats HUGE, and the diaper thing BS... and the not liking being a mom- Kids knw give the baby up... Woman sneaking a pregnancy is stupid- u r gonna end up alone with that move. Kids sleeping in the car, i have done it ONLY WHEN I AM STILL OUTSIDE AND I CAN SEE AND HEAR THEM... THAT car is never out of my sight... all doors open...  NON-MOMS NEED TO SHUT UP. i LET ALL THREE OF MY KIDS PLAY ON EQUIPMENT, BUT I RARELY AM SITTING.. I AM LISTENING FOR THEM  TO HOLLAR FOR ME... They all learned about 18 mths how to climb and get down by themselves... But i help if they get nervous... I love being Mommy and give them room to grow.  Some people i noticed who commented have no kids... so some you cant judge with out having at least TWO KIDS... I have three 8 , 5 and almost  3... Oh and i have a fenced in yard and let them play outside, but i am never far from ear shot... EVER

OH THE NAKED ONE WAS A LIL TOO MUCH FOR ME, I WEAR UNDERWEAR- AND IF IM ON THE NUDE MY DOOR IS LOCKED--- CASE CLOSED... kids kick and still get inplaces tehy shouldnt but just laying there without some buffer - ewwwww

If you're reading this, please talk to SOMEONE. Letting it fester can only make it worse. They won't take your baby from you for asking for help, especially since you clearly have supportive people in your life.
PLEASE don't leave it until it turns worse. From expierence: it won't get better on it's own.

I wonder where some of the commenters got their PhD in Parenting. Get over yourselves.
