Forbes.com recently came out with it's "Hollywood's Hottest Tots" list, ranking the 10 most powerful celebrity kids under 5. Suri Cruise nudged Shiloh Jolie-Pitt out of the top spot this year. Here's the rest of the list (looks like "Sam" is a pretty popular name in celeb circles lately!):
