What's worse than dressing up your toddler like a prostitute? Well, maybe nothing. But the mom of 3-year-old Toddlers & Tiaras star Paisley Dickey did commit another kiddie fashion fail that was almost more offensive than the Pretty Woman get-up she dressed her in not long ago. Actually, I think it was more offensive, because there was no yellow fright wig this time (which at least made the hooker outfit seem sort of silly).
Thanks to her mom, precocious Paisley got a headstart on the trampy Halloween costume trend this year. No round orange pumpkin or frilly Disney princess costumes for this kid: Why waste time on such juvenile attire when you can dress like a half-naked biker chick? Boots and all?

It's not the biker thing that bothers me. The Harley-Davidson jacket is adorable. But that little black dress with the sparkles? Not exactly authentic motorcycle gear. Unless you're just going to pose on the bike to be photographed for a tacky calendar that will end up hanging in some pathetic guy's bathroom. (Yeah, I said bathroom.)
So Paisley has gone from dressing like a cheap hooker to a ... cheap wannabe model?
It's good to have goals! Yes, as parents we must always encourage our daughters to dream big.
I want to ask what's motivating this child's mother to continue to dress her like some groupie from the background of a Whitesnake video, but maybe I don't even want to know. I have to believe that, even though the general public flipped out after the Pretty Woman incident, this woman truly doesn't realize that there are plenty of sick, bad people out there who look at her daughter and think she's more than "real cute."

That mother needs to stop trying to relive her childhood through her daughter. She has serious issues to let her young daughter dress that way. Yuck.

because her mom needs to rethink her motives on her choice of her daughters outfits? seriously.... a biker costume is ok but dont dress the kid HALF NAKED!!!! she should be disqualified due to the skimpy outfits... or she is doing it for shock value and attention.. I really dont see the problem. She is three. Its not like when you all let your tween daughters dress like sluts. I saw some pretty skimpy costumes on halloween this year. And let me tell you most of the girls that were wearing these costumes couldnt have been more then 11-14 years old. This compared costume compared to the costumes I have seen covers a hell of a lot more.
Maybe I'm the conservative one here, but why are there beauty pageants for toddlers in the first place? It's a way to make sure every kid who loses, and there always will be someone who doesn't win the towering prize, feel like a loser. And the mothers who put their precious darlings through this? It seems like they are trying to re live their childhood by dressing these little kids like dolls and sending them out to troll. I love children, I do, and all mine are grown. I don't need a wall full of ribbons and trophies to tell me my child is beautiful. I've watched and seen the tears when they don't win first prize and the scoldings from Mom when they place second or third. Disgusting.
Ponychaser - Totally agree with everything you said. And if a pedophile did get her it would be that pedophiles fault!! No question about that!! But, I personally feel theres no need to put a child out their like that in the first place. Grown women have every right to dress sexy and what not but a 3 year old has NO business dressing like that!! Or rather a mother has no business dressing her 3 year old like that! I hope thats what the other mothers are thinking as well, because I would NEVER blame this mother if some creeper got a hold of her kid. But I do think, if that happened, she might question her descion to put her child on TV in such costumes.

People are not giving pedophiles a pass when they mention that these pictures can fall into their hands. I just don't think that it is responsible as a parent to have these pictures taken or dress up their 3 YO in this fashion. It pornography plain and simple.
