What's worse than dressing up your toddler like a prostitute? Well, maybe nothing. But the mom of 3-year-old Toddlers & Tiaras star Paisley Dickey did commit another kiddie fashion fail that was almost more offensive than the Pretty Woman get-up she dressed her in not long ago. Actually, I think it was more offensive, because there was no yellow fright wig this time (which at least made the hooker outfit seem sort of silly).
Thanks to her mom, precocious Paisley got a headstart on the trampy Halloween costume trend this year. No round orange pumpkin or frilly Disney princess costumes for this kid: Why waste time on such juvenile attire when you can dress like a half-naked biker chick? Boots and all?

It's not the biker thing that bothers me. The Harley-Davidson jacket is adorable. But that little black dress with the sparkles? Not exactly authentic motorcycle gear. Unless you're just going to pose on the bike to be photographed for a tacky calendar that will end up hanging in some pathetic guy's bathroom. (Yeah, I said bathroom.)
So Paisley has gone from dressing like a cheap hooker to a ... cheap wannabe model?
It's good to have goals! Yes, as parents we must always encourage our daughters to dream big.
I want to ask what's motivating this child's mother to continue to dress her like some groupie from the background of a Whitesnake video, but maybe I don't even want to know. I have to believe that, even though the general public flipped out after the Pretty Woman incident, this woman truly doesn't realize that there are plenty of sick, bad people out there who look at her daughter and think she's more than "real cute."

The little girl looks like she's in some sort of kiddie pornography shoot, in fact I really fear that this could end up in the wrong hands. That mom should be ASHAMED of herself for dressing her child like that. She's setting her up for a lifetime of thinking that dressing sexy is "pretty" or desirable. I have a feeling this poor little girl might have a lot of issues growing up. It's important that we raise our children to be CHILDREN so that they turn into well-rounded adults when they want to make adult decisions, not children who THINK they're adults.
I saw this earlier and felt like I was looking at kiddie porn...it's rather offensive. This is what I was talking about on another post about kids costumes and hooker boots. My daughter is 9 and while not the majority of kids in her school, a larger amount than you'd think, were dressed similar for her Halloween parade. It was disgusting. This outfit isn't cute in any sense of the word.
IDK....my first thought is that mom must not know that pedophiles love looking @ that kind of thing.

AAAUUUGHGHGHGH!!!! Can we STOP with the "pedophiles love this stuff" talk? PLEASE??? Grow this girl (or any girl/woman) up to adulthood. Dress her EXACTLY the same way. Rape her (I know. horrible). Now have someone tell her that it's HER FAULT because "she dressed that way"!!! Every one of you would be screaming - and rightly so - that it's all about the rapist, and not about how she dressed!!! If this little girl falls into the hands of a pedophile, it is the PEDOPHILE'S fault!! NOT HERS, or her mother's.
That said, I agree that the costume, the entire "kiddie pageant" thing, is way overboard. There are enough things wrong with it without excusing pedophiles by blaming the children or their parents for the way they dress. To repeat a favorite line... "she'd be wearing less if she was at the beach in a swimsuit."

Pure and simple, she's pimping out her kid for money and her fifteen minutes of fame, and she's likely convinced herself and her child that it's "fun," no different from being in gymnastics competitions, figure skating, or ballet. To me, that says that she's a horrible mother. She's selfish and doesn't know the meaning of restraint. But I still don't think that we should be giving the peds a pass because she's a worm.
