Tom Hanks has had his fair share of experience with strange red faces.
So is it any surprise the former Castaway cast member showed he's a big fan of kiddie cult hit Yo Gabba Gabba -- and giant red phallic-shaped star Muno in particular?
Hanks stopped by to congratulate the show's co-creator Christian Jacobs (seen above) after the Nick Jr. favorite won a Television Critics Association Award for the second year in a row.
The show earned the nod for Outstanding Achievement in Youth Programming.
Good timing too, with Muno and co. ready to go out on a North American tour this month. The psychedelic group is kicking it all off appropriately with a visit to hippie dippie Bethel, New York, to play the Woodstock site with Biz Markie.
Yo Gabba Gabba is proving second only to Sesame Street for famous fans. Not surprisingly, Hanks has been there too -- he showed up on the Street to wait for a school bus way back in Season 24.
He's number two on the list of America's "most trusted" actors, so putting him on another kids' show isn't a bad idea.
What do you say YGG? When do we get to see Tom's dancey dance?
