The 2-year-old son of Randall Cunningham, the former NFL quarterback turned minister, drowned yesterday. Christian Cunningham was found floating in the backyard hot tub that his father used to perform baptisms.
ABC News reports,
A woman at Cunningham's house was with several children when she found the boy at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said. She pulled the boy from the hot tub and performed CPR before paramedics rushed the child to St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Siena campus, where he died.
Our condolences go out to Cunningham and his family.

Again, why I am TERRIFIED of pools.
Me too Jeanne. Even with swimming lessons, it's easy to get distracted when there are a lot of kids and a lot of parents. You kind of think someone else has an eye on your kid, and of course, they don't. Scary!
