Liberty of London bathing suit. Target.com
Call me a traitor to womanhood, but when I watch department store commercials, I'm not looking for the goodies for me. I want to know what they have in store for my toddler.
It's true - she has a better stocked closet than I have ever had. And something tells me Target's new Liberty of London line is going to be lining her drawers this spring.
Didn't know they were marketing it to the tots? By the commercials that have been airing, proclaiming the popular Brit retailer is coming to America, you wouldn't think it. But The Stir got a sneak peek at what's in store for the toddlers.
And the same flowers they've splashed over bikes and women's dresses are blooming on rompers, baby bikinis and teeny weeny hats. Appropriate for spring, the floral motif has won my daughter's girly girl heart.
Personally, I'm jazzed about the prices: $9.99 for an infant tiered romper with a matching hat, $11.99 for the toddler romper and toddler swimsuit. That leaves me plenty of cash to buy some real flowers and hit the garden with my tot.
