After experiencing pain in his hip after going for a jog, 14-year-old Zach Sobiech did what most teens do, and saw a physical therapist for treatment. But then, the pain kept getting worse, so he went in for more extensive tests and found out that he had a rare form of bone cancer. Now, at 17, Zach's had many rounds of surgery and chemotherapy, but devastatingly, nothing's helped destroy his Osteosarcoma.
Doctors estimate that he only has a few months to live, but Zack's decided to embrace every day with hope and joy. He's funneled that outlook into music and has written, performed, and recorded a tune called "Clouds", which is his goodbye song to family and friends.
My favorite verse:
We could go up, up, up
And take that little ride
And sit there holding hands
And everything would be just right
And maybe someday I'll see you again
We'll float up in the clouds and we'll never see the end.
You can donate to the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund -- donations of $20 or more receive a copy of Zach's album, which includes "Clouds."
Please help Zack, and other kids with his bone cancer, fight the good fight.

A local radio station in the Twin Cities (FM107) is trying to have one million hits on YouTube for Zach and his family. Please share this touching video.
I freaking HATE cancer. Praying for a miracle.
I am so sick of reading these devastating Cancer stories they need to find a cure to kill this stuff. I have lost several family members already to cancer. When i see a young man like this dying it makes me sick, it makes me cry and it makes me dream. Its beyond bravery that he can hold his head up and feel happy when hes at the end of his life, dont know if i could do it! GOD BLESS YOU ZACH!
