Remember those awkward teen years? I sure do. However, pop superstars Justin Bieber, 17, and Selena Gomez, 19, seem to have been able to kick the terrible teens to the curb. Tonight at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles, the teen-aged power couple cast away their typically youthful, trendsetting swag and stepped out in serious old-Hollywood glamour. And they don't even look ridiculous.
Holy moley, what will these crazy kids think of next? Is there anything they can't do?
Selena Gomez looks stunning, if not five or eight years old than her honey, in those smooth-combed curls and a champagne satin Giorgio Armani drop-waisted gown, which also has a very sexy plunging backside. Boyfriend Justin Bieber is decked out in a swanky black satin and velvet tuxedo, and he even slicked back his typically boyish spiked hair in a way that seems to say, "I did NOT have sexual relations backstage with that older woman." Am I right? Aren't you totally buying whatever this pretty couple is selling?
I think the youngsters look absolutely fabulous, but seriously, where the hell are their pimples?

Ok, call me crazy, but if the ages were reversed and HE was the older one...wouldn't we (as the general public) be yelling about statutory rape? If not, is it because they're famous? And why would that make any difference at all? Just food for thought!
Ugh. 19 and 17 isn't statutory rape... Besides he still claims to be a virgin.

Selena looks gorgeous! Beiber looks like he is trying to hard, and he does look like a kid.
I think Selena could stand to show a leetle less skin, but that's just my opinion. She's a beautiful girl, she doesn't need a revealing gown like that. But that color is very flattering on her.
And Justin...I'm sorry, but that tux is ridiculous. What's with the quilted jacket?

...at least the illfitiing tux is better than his pants hanging down off his butt. It is disgusting. One would think that since Selena always dresses in the best of fashion it would "sometimes" rub off on him, but no! He wants to look like a rap thug.
