6 Dos & Don'ts for Parents Who Are on Facebook (PHOTOS)

kidThere are unwritten rules that everyone ought to abide by when using Facebook (political rants and religious agendas, no thanks!). But that statement rings true doubly for parents. The simple fact is, when you have kids, you just have to be more responsible. I know, it's a bummer sometimes, but hey, you knew this going into parenthood, didn't you?

Here are 6 dos and don'ts for parents who are on Facebook. Happy liking!

I was with you until the end... Half of the joy of parenting is posting embarrassing pictures of your kids! (And I'm talking funny embarrassing... not horrifying I'm going to need therpy embarrassing)

My nieces have pics on their FB page, of all three of them in the tub together when they were little (4-2 yrs old). I told them not to post it due to weirdo's on here but it's still on their page. Any nude pics, I don't care how old, I WOULD NOT post. They also have pics of them in their bikini's, now that their older (14-18 yrs old) and I wouldn't let them post that either, if I were their mother. They are young and naive and they DO NOT know what sicko's lurk out there.

You forgot the big one- DON'T post nude pics of your kids. You won't believe how many friends I have on thier posting topless pics of thier tots. Or kids in just a diaper.  There are way to many sickos out there to be posting pictures like that. Keep them for your private albums.

I post pics of my 2 boys in their diapers all the time!! My facebook is private and only my friends can see my pics I understand why you shouldnt put pics of your kids naked but I dont see what the problem with them not wearing a shirt or only wearing a diaper...
