I don't know if it's possible for me to pick a favorite game out of the bazillion I have on my iPad, but I've got to be honest -- Fruit Ninja is definitely at the top of my list. The Halfbrick Studios game is nothing too crazy, essentially you just swipe at digital fruit that's being thrown across the eensy screen, "cut" them in half, and get points. Sounds easy enough, right?
What if I told you that the game is so simple, a cat can play it? Yup. Get this: A man let his feline loose on his iPad to play a rousing game of Fruit Ninja, and the results are something you've got to see to believe.
Watch all the frisky action after the jump:
I don't know whether to feel like an idiot or be impressed, considering the kitty's score is pretty darn close to the best score I've ever gotten playing Fruit Ninja. The cat has a great eye and even better aim. I wonder what its name is. Maybe Striker. Or Killer. Or ooooooh, Apple.
While the cat's cutesie, I'm pondering how this man could possibly be unfazed by the fact it's violently playing on his pricey piece of electronics. I don't have a cat, but if I did, I would never let it near my tablet! I'm prone enough to scratching it MYSELF, and I don't have claws! My best guess? I think that Apple this cat has got to be declawed.
One thing's for sure: This cat may be good enough to beat me at Fruit Ninja, but I bet it's not coordinated enough to slay Angry Birds. Take that, meow!
What do you think of this gaming kitty?
