Happy April Fools' Day 2011! Have you been pulling out your best pranks, hoaxes, and gags today? Well, all our favorite friends on the web sure have. At least, we think they have. On the world's kidding-est day, it's hard to tell what's real and what's a joke -- heck, even right here on The Stir! We find such killer stories every day of the year -- it'll be pretty tricky to figure out which stories might be false on April Fools' Day. Mwah ha ha ha!

Here are some of the best April Fools' Day pranks on the web today!

8 Best Web April Fools Jokes for 2011

1. Gmail Motion

Google launched Gmail Motion today -- a way to write email with your body. LOL!

Write and respond to emails -- with your body!

2. Google Autocompleter Job

The company placed a spoof job posting for an Autocompleter:

As a Google Autocompleter, you’ll be expected to successfully guess a user’s intention as he or she starts typing instantly. In a fraction of a second, you’ll need to type in your prediction that will be added to the list of suggestions given by Google.

And don't miss the video interview with a current Google Autocompleter:

LMAO!

3. Comic Sans for Everyone

All the typography fiends will love this font gag. Just type "Comic Sans" into Google and all your results will come up in the hideous bubbly font. It works for Helvetica and other fonts too!

4. YouTube 1911

Especially for the day of fools, YouTube is offering a 1911 feature. Just press the 1911 button on any YouTube video and it will transport the video back in time -- in other words, the tool can make any video look vintage grainy and will cover all the audio with old-timey music.

It was funny -- once.

5. Hulu 1996

Hulu is all decked out in old-school 1996. God, did websites really used to look that bad? Check out episodes your best loved '90s favorites like X-Files, News Radio (aww, RIP Phil Hartman), Chicago Hope, Kids in the Hall, and the short-lived Dana Carvey Show, which starred Stephen Colbert.

Love the grating modem connection sounds too. Thanks for the memories, Hulu.

6. LinkedIn Impossible Connections

Below are some of the connections listed today in my LinkedIn "People You May Know" -- oh yes, my old friends Albert Einstein, Robin Hood, and Groucho Marx. Can't wait reconnect with these old chums. This is a fun one, but where are all the impossible women connections? No Rosa Parks, Jackie O, or Betsy Ross -- why not?

7. Funny or Die "Friday or Die"

It's a hilarious tribute to the most-hated Internet singing sensation Rebecca Black! Check out all the funny spoof interviews and videos. Here's my favorite:

8. Starbucks Mobile Pour

Oh, how us coffee junkies wish this were not a joke. With the new Mobile Pour app, just pinpoint your location, select your coffee order, and BAM, your fresh, hot coffee is delivered on the spot via a happy, scooter-riding barista. We wish, huh?
