Fashion Police's Kelly Osbourne has lost and kept off 70 pounds (whoa!) since 2009, so it's no wonder that every time she talks about how she did it and how she's managed to stay so fit, our ears perk up. And unlike some Hollywood health nuts (yes, I'm looking at you, GOOPy Gwyneth!), Kelly usually sounds pretty down to earth ... Like she's juggling a lot of the same food and exercise issues as the rest of us. And as a result, she seems to always switch up her routine.

She spoke recently with SELF magazine about what her healthy lifestyle looks like these days. Here, five awesome strategies Kelly uses every day to stay slim, strong, and happy ...

I guess getting pregnant at the age of 46 is not enough of a challenge for some real-life action heroes. Pregnancy will not stop Halle Berry from filming X-Men later this year, the actress says. She's still doing Storm, baby bump or not. "But Halle," the world says. "You're a 46-year-old pregnant lady! Are you insane?!?" And Halle Berry is like, "No, just immortal."

Okay, she didn't really say that. But you've seen pictures of this woman, right? I would confuse myself with an all-powerful being from another world if I looked like that at 46. She's not the first actress to go ahead with an action film while pregnant. Still, at her age, isn't her pregnancy automatically high-risk? Shouldn't she be extra careful?

Did you miss the MTV Movie Awards this weekend? Well if you did, you can still see the best part. All the talk this morning is about Selena Gomez's performance of her new single, "Come & Get It." She sang it live, she danced, and she looked like a boss. Way to go, Selena! It was a sophisticated performance that proved you don't have to go all obvious sexy vamp just to prove you're a grownup now.

Selena did a sort of Bollywood-themed dance, and it was sensual without being all butt-thumping, cleavage-baring, in-your-face sexy. And is it me, or was she channeling Beyonce a bit with the strutting? I thought it was killer. Just hope Justin Bieber wasn't watching, because this performance would have left him crying into his bong.

When you think about entertainment biz legends who started off their career with Disney, the first names that come to mind are probably along the lines of Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Ryan Gosling, or maybe youngins like Selena Gomez. But the original queen of The Mickey Mouse Club and icon with Disney roots was none other than Annette Funicello, who died today from complications of multiple sclerosis, according to Disney's website. She was 70 years old.

Though Baby Boomers are the ones most likely sure to be remembering Annette today, we're talking about a legend here. A triple-threat who made a major imprint on film, music, and TV. An entertainer whose work was cherished by various generations.

Do you think Jada Pinkett-Smith and Will Smith's kids are in the spotlight too much? Are they pushing their kids too early, too hard? Why do Jada and Will think their kids are so damn special?!? Jada's heard it all. YES, she wants her children to be outstanding, and she's not apologizing for it.

In an interview Jada Pinkett-Smith said she expects her children "to be giants." That's right. Not model citizens, not dutiful and obedient. GIANTS. Ka-blam! That's some power parenting. I'm almost intimidated, I have to admit. Here's the full quote.

I don't generally encourage my kids to look at celebrities as role models, but Angelina Jolie is an outstanding exception to that rule. The actress and mother-of-six is a rarity among the rich and famous, because she actually uses her wealth and status to do good for others. From her work with Syrian refugees to her recent visit with war zone rape victims in the Congo, Jolie is particularly passionate about helping women and children, and her latest effort is the perfect example: Angelina Jolie has opened an all-girls primary school in Afghanistan, a region where girls are traditionally discouraged from getting their education -- to put it mildly. Remember, just a few months ago, 14-year-old Malala Yousafzai was shot in the head by Taliban members in neighboring Pakistan for promoting the idea that girls should be allowed to go to school.

Number one in Robert Pattinson's heart? Maybe... But one thing is for sure, KStew is tops in the hearts of kids everywhere. Last night at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, Kristen Stewart won Favorite Actress. Kristen won for her role in Breaking Dawn 2, AND she won Favorite Female Butt Kicker for Snow White and the Huntsman, beating out Hunger Games' Jennifer Lawrence twice -- whoa! Kristen got the green slime treatment, too, from hugging slimed presenters Sandra Bullock and Neil Patrick Harris.

Speaking of Robert Pattinson, where was he? Kristen went to the awards on her own. Rob wasn't nominated for anything. Couldn't he still have accompanied Kristen as a supportive boyfriend? Sure -- but that's no way for a Favorite Female Butt Kicker to work the red carpet.

On behalf of moms everywhere, I'd like to go ahead and offer up a huge round of applause to Holly Madison for proudly showing off her post-baby belly. Yes, I said her post-baby belly. As in she still has one, as in her stomach is NOT magically flat a couple of weeks after having her baby girl, Rainbow Aurora.

OMG. Is there any bigger buzz kill than seeing a celeb mom on the cover of a magazine looking all svelte and perfect right after having a baby?

The answer is no. And even though she's a former Playboy model, Holly Madison knows that.

Despite her penchant for skintight outfits, flaming red lips, rainbow-colored hair extensions, and sky-high hooker heels, I love Christina Aguilera. She was owning that look for a while there. But yeah, it wasn't exactly the best she's ever looked ... And perhaps she had some sort of epiphany about that recently, because at her latest public appearance -- for a screening of the premiere of the new season of The Voice -- she debuted her new makeunder ... complete with some pretty obvious, thankfully not at all extreme weight loss! Hallelujah, the woman doesn't look like Cyndi Lauper Jr. anymore!

If you're gonna live to the ripe old age of 88, THIS is the way to do it. Actually, if you're gonna live, period, this is the way to do it: Dancing. Just like this Nana, whose moves are so magical, her granddaughter just had to capture every moment of her groove-tastic shimmy out the door, down the steps, and into the car. Nana is so absolutely charming and delightful and inspiring, I think "Runaround Sue" should start playing automatically whenever she walks through any door, anytime, anywhere: The grocery store, the bingo hall, the doctor's office ... this is one Nana who deserves her own theme song. And wait until you see what she does at the end!!!
