Doonya, which means "world" in Hindi, is a Bollywood-dance inspired workout program that's been featured on The Dr. Oz Show and Today. I was lucky enough to try it recently in a private session with co-founder Priya Pandya in Midtown Manhattan, and it completely lives up to the hype of being the "happy workout" you actually want to keep doing again and again.
