They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but these just-released photos from True Blood season 6 are worth so much more ... a thousand drops of blood, perhaps? These super-hot pics pack some serious hints about the perilous plot twists and risky romantic entanglements to come. Like this shot of Tara, Sookie, and Lucy, for example: By looking closely, we can tell that the three vamps are watching something shocking and dangerous go down ... and that Tara has developed a taste for leopard print pants. (That's gotta be Pam's influence!) Anyway. Just wait until you see the rest of 'em!

Cellphones, guys. They're the best, aren't they? Except when we lose them. Then they're the worst. We've then gotta pay for a new one; try to get back all our phone numbers; and if we don't have some sort of cloud, yuck, we've lost all our photos. It's, in a word, balls. So, we've gotta hold on to our phones tight, friends. Especially when we're in one of these cities. According to a new survey, here are the top 10 cities you're most likely to lose your phone in:

The roses from season 17 of The Bachelor have barely wilted and the world is already dying to know who the next sexy single looking for love will be. Admittedly, Sean Lowe is a hard act to follow. He wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, but damn was that dude hot. Among the names being tossed around as a legitimate candidate? Dancing With the Stars pro Derek Hough. As much as I love seeing Derek bust a move on the dance floor, I can't imagine watching an entire season of him making the moves on 25 women. In any case, his reps laughed off the idea. Though there are plenty of other high profile guys who would make perfect rose bearers. Take a look at our top picks for the next Bachelor.

Who would you like to be the next Bachelor?

Whenever we travel I'll usually look up any fun events happening in the area -- like state fairs. But have you ever traveled just for an event? Exciting races and festivals are happening all over the country this spring and summer, and they're worth planning your next family vacation around. Love sports? Prefer pirates? Here's a few that look especially fun to me -- something for everyone, no matter what your interest

A delicious place to look for potential names for your little yummy bundle of joy. And in case you didn't already guess, most of these names are a little unusual. Don't worry, I left off Avocado, though I feel it's one of the most delectable, I worry it's just too out there for most. I think you're awesome though if that's what you named your child. Check out the list of fruit and veggie names -- some perfect for both boys and girls.

It isn't always easy being a mother, is it? That's what Mother's Day is all about, taking one day and telling the 85.4 million of us that the nation has got our back. Heck, mothers have risen to some pretty high profile positions in this nation. Today quotes from some of the most high powered and famous moms in America are a good reminder that we're not just doing this alone.

Out there our voices are loud and proud and being heard by somebody -- if not by our kids. From one-time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to First Lady Michelle Obama, there are mothers who are putting a maternal spin on making a difference.

These kids today and their crazy, uh, promposals. Yes, that's a combination of the words "prom" and "proposal," and it's the latest teen trend: Going to extreme and elaborate measures to ask someone to the prom. Like the high school guys in this viral video, who staged a super funny (if mildly disturbing) childbirth skit which ends with the "newborn" dude going straight to the object of affection and "promposing."

It's all very creative and sweet and entertaining, which is to say NOTHING like the typically underwhelming invitations extended in my day: Some guy mumbling "So if you're not going with anybody I guess we might as well go together" while you pull your books out of your locker or that other guy passing you a note in science class reading, simply, "Yo. Prom?"

The most popular baby names of 2012 are in! Compiled by the Social Security Administration, these are the names that people are really giving their babies in the U.S., as opposed to, you know, names that are just out there in the interwebs. The real deal. A lot of them are very familiar. Many people seem to be fine with giving their kid the same name everyone gave their kid 20 years ago. But there are some newbies inspired by popular culture on the list too.
