Years after the death of her father after being stung by a sting ray while filming, famed Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin's 14-year-old daughter Bindi is the victim of an Internet death hoax herself. And it's just incredibly tacky.

Yesterday on Twitter and MSN, "Steve Irwin's Daughter Dies" was trending most of the day. Excuse me, hasn't her family been through enough?

In fact, the 14-year-old is alive and well. She has just finished filming a new movie, which may explain why the trend started.

When it comes to higher education, the creme de la creme is schools like Harvard, Yale, or Oxford. But not to Kris Jenner. She tells The Hollywood Reporter:

It’s so funny that somebody can criticize a show like ours, and yet we employ hundreds of people. And it’s been such a great learning experience for all of my kids. It’s the best education I could offer them.

Hmm. Let's put on our thinking caps and debate.

All right, I know this is an absolutely ridiculous thing to say, but Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham should be so lucky to be Kim Kardashian one day. No, I'm not saying that Kim is a person to aspire to be, but the woman has done a damn impressive job at creating a balls-to-the-wall empire for her entire family. And although she isn't the smartest sword in the sword ... box, she's had more success forming sentences than Farrah has.

So why in god's name is Farrah insulted at the Kim comparisons? And why does she think she "outshines" Kim? This woman needs to be stopped!

Yet another Republican male representative has stuck his foot in it. This time, it was GOP Rep. Trent Franks of Arizona who made the outrageous claim that the pregnancy rate from rape is actually "very low." It's Todd Akin all over again (remember the guy who said women only get pregnant from "legitimate rape") and really calls into question the level of education these Republican lawmakers are achieving. How can anyone be this stupid?

The official number from RAINN (The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is that around 5 percent of rape victims also fall pregnant, but that number doesn't include unreported rapes and, even so, is WAY too high. Only 0 percent would be low enough to justify this idiot's comments. The reality is, at this point, saying things like this should be grounds for automatic dismissal. I am all for free speech, but I highly doubt anyone elected this guy knowing how stupid he is. And why is it ALWAYS Republicans? See below:

So Kanye West -- he loves the spotlight, he hates the spotlight. He wants our validation, he wants us to QUIT TAKING HIS PICTURE. What are we gonna do with this guy? In a lengthily (thank you, Yeezus) interview in the New York Times Kanye says many, many things that we could discuss. But let's zero in on the juiciest bits -- like why he won't go on Keeping Up With the Kardashians even though he did that one time.

Yeah, and about that one time? It came from a place of love. "That was from a place of love." (See? I told you.) "It's not that I have an issue with the show; I just have an issue with the amount of backlash that I get. Because I just see like, an amazing person that I'm in love with that I want to help." FYI, during his appearance on the show he was helping Kim Kardashian pick out some clothes. He was just trying to help her! And you know how helpful Kanye has been at helping Kim pick out clothes. Need I remind you, backlashers?

Raise your hand if you've been there ... on the search for love, looking in all the wrong places. So you seek out advice from books, magazines, friends ... anything that could steer you in the right direction. But who's to say anyone really has all the answers when it comes to finding Mr. Right? Nobody. Okay, you can put your hands down now.

Because you know what I think? There is no cookie cutter solution to finding the right guy. And I'm sorry to say it, but most of those tips you read in magazines are so fake, it's laughable.

So I've done a little research and found my favorite top five:

I'm not the hugest fan of this new Will Smith Family Empire that seems to be slowly but surely taking over Hollywood. Maybe it's because I'm too old for whipping my hair (ow, my neck), or because I'm curmudgeonly and faintly annoyed by the Will/Jada = Willow/Jaden thing. I'm enormously uninterested in the giant spooge of CGI-drenched nepotism that After Earth appears to be, but despite my various grumps with the Smiths and their various weirdnesses (is it an open marriage or NOT, just frickin' say), the criticism Will Smith is getting for "making out" on video with his son Jaden is really sort of blowing my mind.

What happened, you ask? Well, according to one article, "Will Smith's latest antics with son Jaden are stretching the acceptable limitations on 'close-knit.'"

    QUICKLY, EVERYONE: GATHER YOUR PITCHFORKS.

Kailyn Lowry and her husband Javi Marroquin were spotted recently at a tattoo studio where Javi was getting the finishing touches put on his "sleeve" tattoo. It's a cool tattoo and they are a cool couple, but now Kailyn (who is pregnant) and Javi won't have a leg to stand on when it comes to Isaac and their baby-to-be's future tattoos.

As a tattooed mama, this is something that worries me, too. I love tattoos in general. I think they are cool and there is something so amazingly freeing about reclaiming your own skin and making it your own by getting a tattoo. But that still doesn't mean I want my babies ruining their perfect skin with tattoos.

And yes, I know this makes me a hypocrite. From the day I got my first tattoo (at 32) with my husband (a special couple's tattoo) for our seventh wedding anniversary, I knew our kids would probably want tattoos themselves some day. And that bothers me.

Usually, it's Facebook who's at the center of "redesign" controversies, but not today. Today, Apple and their iOS 7 update has fanboys, tech writers, and average Joes alike complaining about the "child-like" and "shockingly basic" new software. The changes were revealed on Monday, and they're being referred to as the biggest overhaul of the operating system since the iPhone debuted in 2007. Some of the new features are a sleek, new layout with new colors and icons that have a layered, translucent appearance; an Activation Lock, which will supposedly be "a really powerful theft deterrent"; and an update to the hearing-challenged personal assistant Siri, which will have all new male and female voices and is now directly integrated with Bing.

Sounds good to me. So, what seems to be the problem, Officer?

Last time I checked, Kim Kardashian was the one that had a bun in the oven -- but it seems like pregnancy hormones are getting the best of boyfriend Kanye West, too. A few weeks ago the father-to-be flipped out on a paparazzo because he was following Kanye after he embarrassingly hit his head on a street sign. And by flipped out, I mean Kanye literally lunged at the unsuspecting paparazzo. On Monday, the "Mercy" rapper lost his cool again -- and this time, for the most unexpected of reasons.

After simply asking Yeezy "What's good?" Kanye immediately told the paparazzi, "Don't ask me questions man." But it didn't end there. The brave photographer had the AUDACITY to wish Kanye a happy birthday (the rapper turned 26 this past Saturday) and his response, well, it wasn't EXACTLY endearing.

    Check it out, here:
