What's hotter than a bunch of Harvard baseball players lip-syncing to "Call Me Maybe"? Olympians lip-syncing to "Call Me Maybe." The latest group to come out with their own version of the Carly Rae Jepsen song is the American swim team. Not to be outdone, the women's Olympic soccer team also did a lip dub and uploaded it to YouTube -- only they sing along to the 2009 Miley Cyrus hit, "Party in the USA." Props for originality.
The vids are both good, clean, athletic fun and they somehow managed to get me even more excited to cheer on the red, white, and blue over the next couple of weeks. Check 'em out!
What do you think of these lip-syncs? USA! USA!
PS - I know what you're thinking -- there wasn't enough Ryan Lochte in the swimming video. I know. I found that distressing, as well. I did love around the one-minute mark where he blows us a kiss. Could've used a few less hair flips and a few more shots of Ryan doing, well, anything. I know you know that I'm not wrong about that.
