Kris Humphries Mocks Kanye West on Twitter: Yes, It’s as Sad as It Sounds

Eye Roll 13

Kanye WestOh, come on, Kris Humphries. You'd think, after news broke of his $24 million deal with the Brooklyn Nets, he'd put all of this silly post-divorce pettiness and stupidity to rest. Well, it didn't. I mean, we're talkin' $24 million!!! You and I are probably never going to see that kind of money in our lifetimes. And he's earning it for playing basketball. And he was married to Kim Kardashian, one of the most beautiful women in the world (even if it were only for 72 days). Take your money and run, dude.

That would have been way too easy. Nope, Kris had to go ahead and mock Kim's newest boy, Kanye West, on Twitter, after signing his contract. He wrote:

"I’m up at Brooklyn! @S_C_ 'lucky I didn’t have Jay drop me from the team' lol!"

Humphries was quoting a lyric from West’s song "Way Too Cold" (formerly known as "Theraflu"), which was about West's love for Kim. Do you really want to know more about this? I feel sad about myself for having to tell you about it.

Okay, so, in the song, Kanye's original lyrics were:

"I’ll admit I fell in love with Kim around the same time she had fell in love with him / Well, that’s cool, baby girl, do you thing / Lucky I ain’t have Jay drop him from the team."

Jay-Z is part owner of the Brooklyn Nets, by the way. He's the one that goes by the Twitter handle @S_C_. And of course he and Kanye are very good friends. So Kanye was essentially saying he could ask his friend to dump Kris from the team.

So clearly Humphries referring to that lyric on Twitter is a pathetic shot at Kanye, even though Kanye's original lyrics in his single, which was released while Kris was going through a messy divorce with Kim, was a pathetic shot at Kris.

Beyond being overwhelmed by all these names that start with "K", this is just ridiculous. The single dropped all the way back in April. Kris, get over it. Let Kanye & Kim be happy in whatever their relationship is. She's been dating West for about four months and traveling the world with him -- they've been dating longer than Kris & Kim were married. Plus, Kanye's net worth is about $90 million. He's got the money, and he's got the girl. Kris really needs to keep quiet and keep playing basketball to prove that he's actually worth that $25 million.

Maybe seeing stuff like this is what's making Kris so damn bitter? Here's a video on Kim & Kanye "enjoying" a roller coaster ride together:

What do you think of Kris' not-so-subtle jab at Kanye West?

This is th second time I feel l have to defend Kris in 24hours....sigh... I think its juvenile of him to tweet that but it was also childish, tacky, and distasteful of Kanye to even write those lyrics on the first place.... NO I don't believe in tit for tat BUT 95% of us do stupid things after a breakup especially one we didn't want to happen or didn't see coming...and I can't even imagine what it must be like to breakup on such a public stage like they did... So I think Kris "deserves" his little jab...

Immature, Kris needs to move on.

Kris needs to get over it and move on already.... these constant jabs are immature and tacky! Take a cue from Russell Brand, who has shown nothing but class when he talks about Katy Perry.

Kanye jabbed him first in a song ...Kris is just giving it right back. Actually, I think Kanye is the bigger fool for ever implying that the Nets would make a huge business decision based on his crush. Loser.

Kanye's a punk! Has always been one, will always be one! Kris deserved to take that shot at him. I'm tired of him thinkin he's Gods gift...clearly he needs to get over himself

I will say that I absolutely LOVE Kanye. LOVE HIM. But turnabout is fair play. I don't blame Kris.

I don't blame Kris at all and I agree with the comment above about basing business decisions on what Kanye thinks. Seriously he can go f*** himself.

Kris is immature, but by golly Kanye and Kim make Kris look very mature. Some may think Kim is the cat's meow - but many say BOW-WOW to this chick who is narci to say the least.

Sooo kanye can say what he wants and Kris can't say anything in return?

Kris has every right to say as he pleases he is still married to Kim. Kanye needs to stay out of married people's business. I feel sad for Kris but he has every right.
