Awwww! Don't ya just love Tim Tebow? He's so sweet and adorable I can't even stand it sometimes. Every time I see a photo of him, I can't decide if I want to squeeze him or take him under my wing and protect him from all the haters. He's just such a GOOD guy -- and that's why nobody will care about the photo of him posing with half-naked women.
Being the gentleman that he is, Tim agreed to pose backstage with some members of the Rock of Ages cast. But when Neka Zang posted the photo of Tebow smack dab in the middle of a "stripper" sandwich, "someone" asked that the picture be taken off Twitter. And of course, there is already speculation that Tebow himself, or someone from his camp, is behind the request to remove it.
Neka Zang (whose Twitter account has now either been deleted or the handle has been changed so no one can find her) posted the following tweet about the photo:
Well, Due to Tebow's "image" I was asked to remove the pic of him with us half dressed ladies. He does know we aren't real strippers right?
While the identity of the person who wanted the photo taken down will probably never be revealed, I guess it is safe to assume that whoever made the request was worried about the picture smearing Tebow's squeaky clean image.
But honestly, besides the fact that he is posing with actors in the photo, even if these were "real" strippers, it's not like one of them is giving him a lap dance or groping him or anything like that. And he isn't making out with one of them either. He's just standing there with his arms around two of the ladies with his classic, innocent smile on his face. There's no way anyone would look at that photo and think there was something shady going on.
Tim is about as good as good guys get, and it's gonna take a whole lot more than one measly photo to ruin his picture perfect reputation.
Who do you think asked for this photo to be removed from Twitter?
