If you missed the premiere of the fourth season of Basketball Wives on VH1 on Monday night, and you're a Housewives or reality TV fan in general, perhaps you oughta tune in next week. The premiere featured a fight that makes for reality TV gold.
Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada, who've reportedly been friends for the past 14 years, got into an argument in what turned out to be the highlight of the episode. They almost came to blows and couldn't drop enough f-bombs at each other. The reason for the fight? A blog post that Jennifer's publicist supposedly wrote. Evelyn felt judged when Jennifer "wrote" about her relationship with Chad Ochocinco while Jennifer thought Evelyn was overreacting to the whole thing. You'll have to see it to believe it.
For some background: When the two ladies admitted they hadn't spoken to each other in the past few months, Tami Roman got them together so that they could talk about what happened, but instead, a lot of yelling ensued.
It was hard to tell who was angrier (or who had the right to be?). Evelyn let out some swear words and politically incorrect insults, calling Jennifer a "f--in r--rd," to which Jennifer thoughtfully replied: "No, you a f--in r--rd!"
After exchanging the oh-so-original jabs, Jennifer eventually asked straight up: "You want an apology for the blog, is that what you want? How can we solve it? What do you want from me? What the f--k do you want, Evelyn?"
Evelyn didn't seem to like this half-assed apology or Jennifer's attitude in general. "Tone it down 'cause I'm gonna punch you in your m--- f---g face," Evelyn threatened. And there go my brain cells for today.
So as of now, the once former BFFs seemed to have completely imploded. It's a shame if their friendship ends in this way. Can't even imagine what was going through the minds of the other women who had to witness this altercation. After a fight like this, you can't help but wonder what's in store for these formerly best friends for the rest of the season. Perhaps we should all tune in next Monday to see what happens!
