Since it's only been a couple of days since the Patriots lost the Super Bowl, Tom Brady is probably still licking his wounds and trying to come to terms with the fact that they totally could've won in those last few seconds. And well, he's also probably dreading running into his teammates anytime soon because his wife, Gisele Bundchen, made him look like even more of a loser after the game was over. Good grief. Will she ever learn to keep her mouth shut?
Instead of just being a good sport and accepting that the Giants won the game, Gisele had to go into some big rant about how Tom can't be expected to throw the ball and catch it, blah, blah, blah. There's no way that her dream guy can be the reason the Pats lost, so it had to be someone else's fault, right? Gisele certainly seemed to think so.
People usually forget about who won or lost the Super Bowl fairly quickly, but there is no way that Tom Brady is going to be able to live down Gisele's whine-fest anytime soon.
Seriously, can you even begin to imagine the grief his fellow team members are going to give him the first time he walks back into the locker room? The last thing a dude wants to hear is people telling him what a witch his wife is, but odds are good that Tom will get more than an earful. I can totally hear someone yelling, "Hey Brady! It's a good thing that wife of yours has a smokin' hot body to make up for her crappy attitude! I'll bet she really busts your chops when you forget to take out the trash!"
Hmm. I'm not sure what is going to be harder to swallow for Tom -- the actual loss of the Super Bowl, or the fact that whether he sides with his teammates or sticks up for his wife, he just won't be able to win this one.
Do you think that Tom Brady was at the top of his game on Super Bowl Sunday?

Ok, I never thought I would ever be defending her or Tom Brady, but her "rant" was in response to fans screaming at her "Eli owns your husband", right in front of him. Like you wouldn't defend your husband from people screaming nasty things at him? And she was right, he threw three good passes at the end, the receivers couldn't catch them. Do you actually know anything about football?
She could have defended her husband without putting his team mates down or better yet completely ignored them. Her comments were unnecessary
^^She was upset. People say things the don't mean when they are upset.
^^ agree. As much as I can't stand that self-important snot, I would have defended my husband the same way.
Excuse me, being a good sport? When she made the comments she did it was in response to hecklers from NY! And you know what? She was RIGHT! Brady threw so many catchable balls, there's no reason they should have lost that game. She was defending her husband, and that doesn't make him look like a "loser".
Ummm, no. As a celebrity who should be used to people shouting offensive things, she should know how to ignore it. She put her man in a bad position and this is not the first time (although she was right about those receivers dropping the ball-ouch).
