Call the Mother of the Year committee, because Snooki, aka Nicole Polizzi, of Jersey Shore just may be in the running. No, I don't mean Child Protective Services, as I might have suspected we'd need to call when we first learned she was pregnant; I mean she's actually shaping up to be a fit parent. Her latest move is so unexpected and so wise, it's downright admirable.

It was impressive enough when she of the perma-orange-Cheeto glow, actually gave up tanning for her baby's health, but this is even bigger and more self-sacrificing than that. She's actually leaving the Jersey Shore house behind.  

In what I believe may be a first, one of the Real Housewives is going to become a real grandmother. While there have been rumors circulating in the last week, today sources confirmed that Briana Wolfsmith, daughter of Vicki Gunvalson of The Real Housewives of Orange County, is indeed pregnant.

According to Us Weekly, she's currently four months along, which means she and her husband, Ryan Culberson, didn't waste any time after eloping in Las Vegas last October. I can only imagine Granny Gunvalson's reaction when she found out.

I don't know about you, but when I learned that Snooki of Jersey Shore was pregnant, I braced myself for what was to come. I just couldn't picture someone who was just the other day peeing on herself in clubs (and not washing her hands afterward) and stumbling around drunk most of her life actually being able to handle all the new limitations and changes pregnancy brings. So color me shocked as to how remarkably well she's actually embracing her new role as mama to be.

Need proof that pregnancy has changed her? Just look at her skin. She's has done the unimaginable and has actually ... given up tanning. I know, I know, I would have never believed it, but she tweeted an actual picture of her "non tan," and she's looking good. No more orange glow! But talk about a big sacrifice for her. I would have guessed she'd be baking until the end, but clearly she's erring on the side of caution when it comes to her little guido or guidette. Good for her.

Nick Lachey's pregnant wife, Vanessa, has revealed that Nick did the best thing a man can do for his wife during her pregnancy. No, he didn't dash out on midnight ice cream runs for her. No, he didn't tell her how sexy she looked with an enormous belly. (Although we hope he did those things too.) Instead, he did what every man with a pregnant wife should do: He got pregnancy symptoms.

It's just been four short months since Beyonce gave birth to little Blue Ivy but people are already asking her: Are you gonna have another? I mean, there she is at the Met Gala in some ka-razy Givenchy Haute Couture gown, all see-through black lace and purple feathers. And people are asking her that?

ANOTHER ONE? Girl just gave birth five minutes ago! Will you let her catch her breath?

That was probably my number-one least favorite thing people said when I first had a baby. Are you having another one? More? When are you popping out another? I know you just spent nine months pregnant and then 3,948,298 hours in labor, but you can't wait to do it all again, right?

Oh, thank the fertility gods! A brave soul -- who is none other than rock star Pink -- has dared to reveal that, during her pregnancy, she didn't feel like a sunset, a princess, nor a blossoming flower. Nope. Pink says she felt like "a mess." 

I'm sooo happy to hear this. Listen to the sister:

I thought I’d feel like a goddess. They sell you on that … like you’ll never feel more feminine. Really, I just felt like a mess ... I gained 55 pounds. I think my baby may be part cheesecake.

Poor Snooki must be feeling a little bit emotional now that she's pregnant, because she's really starting to feel the weight of people bullying her -- you know, because she's a HUGE Jersey Shore celebrity. And no, I'm not talking about her baby bump, because I don't believe in putting down pregnant women like that. She even told V Magazine that she is probably the #1 most bullied celebrity in Hollywood. (Really?!)

Call me crazy, but didn't Snooks recently find herself backpedaling a bit after saying she'd "die" if her baby bump were as big as Jessica Simpson's? And doesn't giving Jess a hard time about her weight kind of sound a lot like bullying? And isn't bullying the exact thing that Snooki is upset about these days? I guess it's a lot easier to dish out criticism than to take it.

Rumors have been swirling about whether Megan Fox is pregnant and Entertainment Tonight host Steve Jones (formerly of The X Factor) decided to get to the bottom of the matter. During an interview with the Transformers star last week about gadgets from the store the Sharper Image (Fox is a spokesperson), Jones decide to drop the baby bomb.

Although he had been strictly forbidden to ask Fox any personal questions during their chat, he went ahead and asked anyway. But he did it real smooth like -- the way you would when you're talking about Sharper Image gadgets and want to know if someone is with child. Jones asked: "Do you know the ultimate gadget that every man wants? A baby."

See how subtle that was -- gadgets, babies. Exactly. Fox was very confused, too, but then she responded. And now we all know she's pregnant. (That's going to be one cute baby!)
