Quick! When is Kim Kardashian's baby due date? Do you know? Well, I don't know, either. That is because I have a life. But I do know she's pretty darn pregnant. Anyway, for people who are actually paying attention, you are officially on notice: Rumor has it Kim K may be lying about her due date.

The rumor goes something like this: Kim has gained SO MUCH WEIGHT (eye roll) that she wants to buy herself some time to lose that weight before presenting her baby and her post-pregnancy self to the world. And you know what? This is where we all need to stop and realize that the celeb pregnancy weight train has officially gone off the rails.

Recent news that Halle Berry is pregnant was a big surprise to everyone, including Berry herself, but it's definitely a happy surprise. Her daughter Nahla is adorable, and we can only imagine the gorgeous child she and her fiance Olivier Martinez are going to create.

As exciting as the news is, however, it's also tinged with a bit of concern due to Berry's age. She doesn't look it, but she's 46, and that means her eggs, and her uterus, and all of her body parts are 46 years old too, no matter how fantastic they look.

So what does that mean for her and her baby ... besides the fact that she's going to 64 when the kid graduates high school?

Last week Janelle Giannetta was 26 weeks pregnant with her first child. She wasn't feeling well, and decided to go lie down for awhile. A short while later her husband, Richard, heard their dog barking liked he'd never heard him bark before, and he knew something was wrong.

He was right. He raced upstairs where their 1-year-old Goldendoodle, Louie, was hovering over Janelle. The state he found her in was terrifying.

"Take your vitamins" is probably one of the most heard words a pregnant woman hears. We really need to listen. A new study has suggested a link between being deficient in vitamin D and gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, various infections, fetal growth restriction, and c-sections. The bad stuff. The stuff we don't want to happen.

I read some studies and get very skeptical about these supposed links, but this one makes sense to me. My son was fetal growth restricted. I ended up having a c-section from late onset preeclampsia. I'm deficient in vitamin D.

We all know that smoking is a huge no-no during pregnancy, because, well, duh -- it just is. It's horrible for both you and your baby and can lead to all sorts of serious health problems -- and it also literally stinks. (So gross.)

And even if you aren't a smoker, simply being around someone else who does smoke can also be very detrimental to you and your unborn child.

But it turns out accidentally inhaling a few puffs of someone else's cigarette while pregnant may be even worse than anyone expected. A new study has found that secondhand smoke during pregnancy may increase your child's risk for behavior problems down the road.

Can sex late in pregnancy harm your baby? Doctors say no. Unless you're doing something violent at the same time, it doesn't harm the baby, and it doesn't trigger labor. But one mom blamed her baby's death on sex she had with her husband.

Karen Smith checked into the hospital after she started bleeding and cramping a few hours after having sex. She was 31 weeks into her pregnancy. Her doctors didn't seem to think the bleeding and cramping were a big deal. They told her it was a normal thing to happen after sex. But not only did Karen's baby die during emergency surgery, she had to have her uterus removed!

We have seen women give birth in some crazy places for sure. In cars, in stores, on airplanes, and even at their own weddings. I honestly thought we'd heard it all ... until now.

Apparently, a woman recently gave birth on motorbike ... while she was riding it. She reportedly didn't even notice the baby being born and "zoomed off over the horizon in a cloud of dust," according to the Jakarta Post.

The baby reportedly landed on the road in Bangkok, and a female passenger in a bus driving behind, Ancharee Mookta, saw it and had the driver stop. She picked up the baby and gave it to another motorcyclist who rushed the baby to the hospital.

When you're pregnant, it's hard to imagine feeling anything but blissful when your baby arrives. However, due to hormones and other factors, many women just can't find that bliss.

There's a big difference, however, between the baby blues and something more serious like postpartum depression and other mood disorders including postpartum anxiety, postpartum OCD, and postpartum PTSD that may require professional help. And it's important to know the difference.

But how can women know when they're in the midst of it if what they're feeling is "normal" or if they really need help? I spoke with Kristin B. Hodson, a psychotherapist, author, and founder of The Healing Group, to get some real-life examples of the difference between the two, with which both women and their families and friends should become familiar.

Eating while pregnant can be full of challenges, but I'm not sure anyone's cravings have been quite as confusing as Kim Kardashian's. If we're to believe reports, she's simultaneously eating everything and nothing and is soon going to reach 500 pounds.

Some reports say that she's binging on junk food. A source recently told In Touch that's she's eating ice cream, fries, and cereal loaded with sugar. While that's not the healthiest diet, it's certainly nothing that plenty of pregnant women who have gone before her haven't consumed.

Kim herself says her cravings are nothing like that nor are they anything like she expected them to be. In fact, she said they're quite upsetting.

I'm glad I'm done with pregnancy for all kinds of reasons, but maybe in particular because I don't have to worry about the ever-changing guidelines about what's supposedly safe or not safe to do or eat when you're expecting. It felt so hard to stay on top of those nutritional ideals and activities to avoid, because they were moving targets. One day lunch meat was fine, the next it was an express train to ListeriaVille. Tuna was supposedly ideal for getting healthy omega-3s and B vitamins, until seemingly overnight everyone was all, MECURY CONTAMINATION!!! Exercise is good! Exercise can lead to miscarriage! AIEEEE.

I mean, that shit was stressful, you know? Now that I'm well past the baby-making stage, I can opine more comfortably about what pregnancy "rules" are okay to break. Not that I'm a medical professional, mind you, but here's my two cents about the supposedly helpful advice you should just ignore.
