Cheese and sperm: These are two words I don't like seeing together. And yet, I feel compelled to tell you about this recent study linking cheese-eating with sperm quality. According to the Daily Mail, a study by the Harvard School of Public Health shows that young men who eat three or more servings of cheese or other full-fat dairy a day had poorer-quality sperm than men who don't. They found a full 25 percent difference in quality!

Researchers will present their study at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s annual conference this week, just in case you were wondering if this was a totally made-up Daily Mail kind of story. (I sure was!) Anyway, they think it's the hormones, specifically the female hormone oestrogen, and maybe pesticides from the cows' feed as well. So what to do if you're trying to conceive?

I've got one child. It might be by choice. It might not be. It doesn't matter. It's personal. Still, that doesn't stop people from asking if I'll have more, when I'll have more, why don't I have more. Or stop them from telling me I have to have more, my life is no good without more, I'm not a "real" mom without more.

    Hurtful.

    Insulting.

    Ignorant.

    Rude.

These are declarations that I -- and other moms of only children -- really don't want to hear. Questions we really don't want to answer. So be kind. Take the time to read this list -- and the next time you find yourself saying something like this to another mother, bite your lip, and give her a sweet compliment instead.

When you've been struggling with infertility, the magazine covers of happy celebrity parents showing off their new baby can feel like a pile of salt being poured on your wounds. But Bill and Giuliana Rancic's Life & Style cover with son Edward Duke Rancic may be the exception that proves the rule.

Right down to a tagline that screams, "Meet Our Miracle Baby," the story being told by Bill and Giuliana right now is one of hope for couples who desperately want to become parents. Because, let's remember, they've been there too.

While Kendall Jenner was out and about modeling for Fashion Week, US Weekly asked her about big sis Khloe's struggles to get pregnant. Kendall was super sympathetic and supportive of Khloe and Lamar.

She's always wanted kids. I can see her being such an amazing mother -- she was like my second mom growing up. She was always around babysitting when my parents were out of town and she has always been there, so it's sad because I know how much she loves kids. But God has a plan; something will happen soon enough.

It's so sweet that Kendall sees her sister as an ideal mother. Khloe really made an impression on her. But leaving it all up to God? Only a teenager!

The Kardashians were all about the babies on this week's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. We saw Kim encourage Khloe to face her fertility fears and see a specialist with her, and while they were there, she wanted to get checked out too. They both want to get pregnant, only Kim said she's not ready for a baby yet, she just wanted to evaluate her fertility and possibly freeze her eggs as she's hearing that clock tick.

"Am I missing my time?" she wondered.

My first thought was that for someone who's just 31, it seems a bit premature (according to a study last year, the average age a woman freezes her eggs is 37.4), especially because she and Kanye West appear to be headed down the road to marriage. It would be more understandable if she wasn't dating anyone seriously and had no prospects for a long-time partner.

Being a surrogate mother has got to be one of the most selfless acts I can imagine. To give over your body to nurture and grow a baby that will never be yours and go through the birth process for someone you will likely never know is an incredible sacrifice and act of kindness. To do it once is amazing, but to do it 13 times is unbelievable.

That's just what Carole Horlock is preparing to do, however. According to The Sun, the 46-year-old mother is pregnant with the 13th baby that she'll deliver and immediately hand over to another couple as she has with the previous 12. She holds the world's record as "the most prolific surrogate mother," and to date, she has delivered eight girls and four boys, including one set of triplets and one set of twins.

So, a woman walks into the bar for a cocktail, and all of a sudden this "expert" walks up to her and starts trying to tell her all about her aging reproductive organs. Sounds like the start of a great joke, right? Only it's not a joke, but actually a real-life plan to get young women knocked up sooner rather than later.

According to The Times of Israel, the Israel Fertility Association is on a mission to give "pregnancy pep talks" to women in the 25-35 age range. They think women are waiting too long to get married and procreate, and they want them to hear those biological clocks ticking sooner.

Tick, tick, tick. That's the sound of the proverbial biological clock that supposedly lets women know that if they want to have babies, it's probably time to get started. Some women hear it loud and clear, while others never do, and some just try to drown it out. A new app, however, brings it to life, and makes it pretty difficult to ignore.

The Wonder Clock counts down to the exact second how much time a woman has left to procreate. It's all there -- the days, hours, minutes, and seconds, just ticking away until your fertility is gone. Talk about pressure!

Lesly Brown, the first woman to have a baby through invitro fertilization (IVF), died yesterday after a short illness. It's been 33 years since Brown gave birth to her daughter, Louise, through IVF developed by Nobel Prize winner Robert Edwards.

By now everyone knows at least one person who has conceived a baby through IVF. But 33 years ago, it sounded like science fiction. Leslie's daughter Louise was called a "test tube baby" -- like it was the test tube who was pregnant. Now IVF is just one of a few ways women can become mothers.

I know Bethenny Frankel is known for being totally up front about everything in her life, but people need to stop asking her when she's having another baby.

Bethenny opens up about her miscarriage in the July issue of Glamour. She says she knew from the start that her pregnancy was considered "high risk" and she took that very seriously. Still, she blamed herself when she miscarried at eight weeks and her doctor had to reassure her that it wasn't her fault. She was over 40, and she'd had complications with her other pregnancy.

So is she going to try again? Stop asking that question! Here's what she has to say about it.
