By the 9th month of pregnancy most women are over the "I'm pregnant!" bliss phase and are trying everything they can to just get that baby out of there. They jump up and down, have sex, stuff themselves with pineapple, force some cod liver oil down -- anything they can to start labor.
But once labor actually starts, many of us start wishing we could keep the baby in. Whether it's out of fear or pain, delerium or ecstasy, sometimes the craziest things come out of our mouths as our precious baby enters into the world.
Here are some of the funniest things women have admitted to saying during labor and delivery ...

My husband, mother, sister, and the nurse were ALL looking at the fetal monitor screen.
I look over at all of them and say, "Y'all want some popcorn?"
lol to the Jessica Alba one! I was completely silent for my delivery as well.
After my aunt had her 1st (back in '89), all she wanted was a cigarette. Sure enough she smoked one right at the window of her hospital room. Her thinking was "What are they gonna do?? Kick me out??" But, you know, a lot of things have changed since 1989.
I wasn't silent during contractions but with the last baby I was silent through delivery. I was trying very hard just to breathe and focus.
I had to have an emergency c-section and when he finally came out I was crying and I asked if he looked like a monkey. Both of the sonograms I had of him made him out to look like a monkey. Everyone in there laughed and said No, He looks like a beautiful baby boy. I was greatly relieved.
My poor husband was trying to be really supportive while I was pushing...but I told him to get out of my face because his breath smelled horrible.
