What did you have for breakfast this morning? If you had bacon and eggs you might have given your baby a boost in the I.Q. department.
Scientists say that choline, a micro-nutrient found in pork products and eggs, is vital in helping a baby's brain develop.
So far, studies have only been done on mice, but the outcomes show that mice who were fed large doses of choline while in the womb had better brain development than mice who were given small doses.
If bacon and eggs aren't your thing, there are other foods that contain high levels of choline: liver, milk, chicken, and nuts.
