We've all heard stories about women who get rushed to the hospital and give birth, never even knowing that they're pregnant. On the flip side, many women are trying so hard to get pregnant, they notice the slightest physical change—and think "this could be it."
I know this will sound crazy, but I knew I was pregnant right after I had sex—and I was right. I never felt that way any other time. I just knew.
If you think you might be pregnant, here are some signs to watch for:
Implantation bleeding
No period
Sore or tender breasts
Fatigue
Nausea
Heightened sense of smell
Backaches
Headaches
Food cravings
How far along were you when you found out you were pregnant? What kind of symptoms did you have?

I found out when I was about 4 weeks, I had bled and thought that I got my period but it turns out it was implantation bleeding. The reason I decided to take the test was because my breast were so tender and I was about to go on my honeymoon and thought I better know if I am preggers so I don't drink on my honeymoon. Well I was pregnant so no cocktails on the beach for me. She is so totally worth it!
I found out I was pregnant with my twins around the middle to end of Aug. 2005. I went to the dr. got an ultra sound about a week later found out that I was not only about 4-5 months along but that I was carring twins. I didn't really notice any symptoms other then a few weeks before I went in for the test my tummy was really itchy. After finding out I did everything I could to have a healthy pregnancy and on Jan. 9 2006 about 3 weeks before my estimated due date I had two beautiful girls via C-section. We all were healthy and left the hospital 1 week later.
I was 3 week spregnant. I was sick to my stomach for 3 days in a row and no one else in the house was sick. I hasn't even missed my period, yet.
I was a little over 4 weeks when I found out. We had been trying for 7 months, and it was the week after Father's Day. I took a test ON Father's Day - while we were camping - because I really wanted to give that to my hubby as his Father's Day gift. Needless to say, it was negative and I was so sad and disappointed!! I took another test 4 days later, since I was 3 days late (and am never late) and voila!! Our little man is due in 9 weeks!!
Well with my daughter I found out I was pregnant with her when I was 6 weeks pregnant,I kinda figured it out when I was getting heartburn from water lol.My second one I knew when I was a day late and I lost the baby at 5 weeks. And I know this may sound odd but I havent tested for being pregnant yet but I have a very good feeling Im expecting again
i found out i was pregnant with the twins when i was 7 weeks i kinda had a feeling but me and my husband were very busy at that time fixing up our bathroom in our bedroom, the one in the hallway and our hallways up stairs that i did not think i was but one day we were painting the hallway wallls and i ran into the bathroom to throw up and my huband was like are you pregnant and so he went out right then and there and got me a test and i took it and it was positve. now we have 11 month old b/g twins and i am 10 weeks pregnant with we think one baby but i found out at 3 weeks that i was pregnant with this one. i go for an ultrasound on jan 7 to see if this pregnancy is twins or not. cross my fingers i hope its only one.
With my first child, I was 11 weeks pregnant. I had NO symptoms other than slightly sore breasts, AND I'd had a perfectly normal period.
Second child, I knew within 3-1/2 weeks.
I had gone to the Dr to get a pep test when he told me I was 2 and a half months PG , I do not even have any idea I was. I do not know how long I would have gone without knowing if I had take needed a pep. I had no signs no morning sickness, no tiredness , nothing.
I didn't find out I was pregnant with my 3rd baby until I was 12 weeks. I only have periods a few times a year and I have no morning sickness or other symptoms.
