Last night my husband told me he wanted to paint a pumpkin on my twin baby belly. I think we're going to go to the craft store to get some non-toxic body paint or kid markers so we can have a little Halloween fun and snap some photos. I've got a big belly, so it'll be me with the great pumpkin with two pumpkins inside! I've been inspired by some CafeMoms who have done the same.
I also found the adorably devlish Mommatoobe who was 33 weeks pregnant on Halloween last year. Looking hot mama in the red! I love finding these pregnant Halloween photos -- it's like my ode to beautiful pregnant women who love this time of year.
And yeah I love Halloween...probably a little too much. I just love the dressing up in costumes. Oh yeah...and the candy is good, too. Anything with chocolate and peanut butter. Yum!
While there are maternity Halloween costumes, there are a lot of regular costumes that can certainly accommodate many a pregnant belly. Of course stretch and comfort is the major issue, so check fabrics.
A long stretchy dress could be your best friend. It would be mine to hide my swollen ankles and feet.
I think I'm going to be Mother Earth this year. I have this long green and blue dress and I can put some twigs and leaves in my hair.
What are you going to be for Halloween?

Oh, I love it!! The pumpkin idea!! One big one with 2 little ones inside. I am just nervous about being out at night with it cold and my belly out!!! Hmmm?!?!?!
That is a really nice costume.
I'm going as "Miss Conception"... I'm going to wear a long formal dress, tiara, and sash that says, "Miss Conception"... I just bought my dress yesterday.
