I had always heard that oral sex was a no-no during pregnancy, but Cafe MicheleZ has given us the real lowdown on that. What about anal sex—is it safe?
Most experts say yes, it's okay to do it as long as you're comfortable. Anal sex does no direct harm your baby, but there are two things you should keep in mind.
1. Hemorrhoids. Many expecting moms suffer from these during pregnancy, and if you're bleeding or in pain already, you might want to skip back door sex.
2. Health. Anal sex increases the risk of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV, so always use a condom. Also, bacteria from the rectum can cause infections if it somehow gets into your vagina—and that can put both you and your baby at risk. Have your partner thoroughly clean himself and put on a clean condom if you plan to have front door sex too.
Other than that, have fun if that's your thing—just keep things slow and use a lubricant.

Better use a condom -
In the large intestine (and within proximity of it) is ecoli. It's supposed to be there. But it's not supposed to be in the ureter - man's or womans. ecoli will cause a UTI if it gets in his ureter. Have him protect himself from a UTI by using a condom.
Well....er, have fun.
It's no more risky during pregnancy than any other time, other than, like you said, the increased chance of hemerroids. But that goes along with "If it's painful, don't do it."
As MinstrelMommy said, it's actually wise to use a condom to protect the man's body.
I'm worried about anal sex during pregnancy, after pregnancy, and was worried about it before pregnancy. LOL

Oral is a no-no???
Oral is fine as long as your husband doesn't blow into your vagina.
