Rustic Guitar pacifier clip, $6
If you think your baby is going to use a pacifier, plan to have plenty on hand—they'll constantly get dropped, dirty, or lost. And the last thing you want is a baby who wants his binky, which is nowhere to be found.
So consider today's Take It or Leave It registry product.
Item: Pacifier Clip (a.k.a. paci clip, binky clip)
Cost: Anywhere from a few dollars to around $20
What it does: Keeps your baby's pacifier securely attached to his clothing.
Pros: It prevents your little one's binky from constantly dropping on the floor and getting dirty—or lost.
Cons: You don't really know if you'll need it—even if you're planning on using a pacifier, your baby may not take one.

i didnt like them with my kids bc if they throw up its hard to get the smell out of them.
Mine never stayed on anyway
With DS these are absolutely vital. He was constantly losing them and and then screaming. With the clip it was always on hand. Now that he is mobile however they don't work so good. Most time he just ends up dragging his binkie across the ground.
None of my kids ever got attached to thier binkies- so this for me would be a waste- plus, it's just one more little thing to keep track of, lol...like there isn't already enough things to spend your life tracking down, lol...it's cute though and I could see the benefit truthfully if you have a binky baby.
These are good when baby hasn't learned to tug them off but once they realize one good pull and they come off good luck! I like the soothers that close if they fall out of baby's mouth that way they don't get dirty if they fall.
Both my boys were binky babies, so I have a few of those things. Once they get a little older and learn how to pull them off, it's not that helpful, but for the first little while, they're great.
Im nursing so no. But if I wernt, I'd probably use one.
Our first baby (even though I was nursing, we didnt know you shouldnt offer one) never liked the binky, she'd just spit it out.
We don't use binkie's.
