I Felt My Baby Moving!

felt baby move The other day while I was sitting at my desk typing away for CafeMom, something amazing happened. I felt one of my twins move! This is the first time for me, so I am overly excited. I immediately IM'd my husband and told him as tears welled up in my eyes. What a moment.

I am at the end of my 15th week and while some women don't feel any movement until 16 weeks or beyond, I'm having twins so maybe there is just less room and I can feel it? I know it wasn't gas...I've had a whole lot of that and it felt different.

Whatever the case, it made me so happy -- it was like the baby was communicating to me in some way.

When I got home from work, I sat in the same position I was in when baby starting moving. My husband took out his guitar and started playing to see if the babies would react. Sure enough, a few minutes later, movement again -- and he got to feel it, too.

It reminds you what a miracle it is! Congrats mama! Now wait until it feels like they're trying to kick their way out!

I remember the first time I felt the kicks! It's so exciting, and then you start to feel them all over, and wonder how they keep moving around, and where they are trying to get to.

Really friend its a great feelings for a mom, even i felt the same feeling when i had the first kicks of the child and we will be waiting for the next kicks..........

I miss feeling my daughter kick when I was preggers with her. I can't wait until I can finally feel this baby move. That was one of my favorite things about being pregnant.

The best feeling ever! I felt my baby kick at 15 weeks. I'm now 17 weeks along. It's very reassuring. "It works!"

ive been feeling what i can only describes as "fishies in a baggy" like when you buy fish at the pet store, and you hold the bottem of the plastic bag they are placed in, and feel them swimming. I know its baby moving, ive felt this before with my first tho not as early. ive been feeling this movement since 12 weeks. i even knew the baby was to my left side. when i went for the NT scan thats exactly where the little booger was. ill be 16 weeks on saturday, and today is the first day ive felt my little one wiggling on and off all day long. prior it was always at night when i was laying still. =)
